Plague Tale Resonance looks fantastic on the Pro. Star Wars looks like it still has some technical issues so hopefully they'll be ironed out by the time I get to it. Going to be a great couple of weeks for gaming!

Crossing fingers Resonance actually arrives next week.

@Metal gear and Star wars fans - We just received confirmation from the official SA distribtuors that customs has not released the SA consignment of those releases. This affects both titles at all SA retailers.

We will keep you posted on progress - hoping to still have it for you guys for the weekend

Had the strangest thing happen just now.

Got a call and I thought it was spam but then I saw it was a legit number. So I answered and these was a lot of static and as I was about to put down I faintly heard a girl's voice.

I was a bit paranoid because I watched the Japanese version of The Ring over the weekend again. So I said, excuse me. And then she spoke.
I got such a fright, and then I started panicking, and the voice said 7 DAYS again. And I thought my life came to an end? Told the voice I don't
want to die, and I didn't do anything wrong. So the voice just said 7 days again. I went cold to my stomach. The static came and went over the phone
and I was just frozen. And I again said, I don't want to die! What did I do wrong? The voice came again on the phone through the static, 7 days..................................until Blood Of The Dawnwalker releases.

Final Fantasy VII Revelation Has a Pending Mature 17+ Rating

Square Enix recently took the stage at Gamescom Opening Night Live to unveil a brand new trailer for the upcoming Final Fantasy VII Revelation, also dropping a Spring 2027 release window. By all accounts, Revelation is simply more of Remake and Rebirth since it’s all part of the same trilogy, but a pending Mature 17+ rating has us wondering if there’s more potential violence, gore or steamy scenes that we aren’t aware of.

First spotted by IGN, Final Fantasy VII Revelation’s game page on the Xbox store lists includes a pending Mature 17+ rating, which is strange considering the previous two games in the series were rated Teen. If Revelation does get slapped with the Mature label, it will be the second Final Fantasy game in history to receive such a rating next to 2023’s Final Fantasy XVI.

Of course, without the ESRB weighing in to divulge the exact details for why Revelation is getting a Mature rating, it’s hard to say what content inspired the ratings board to come to that conclusion. However, fans are also jumping (sometimes very far) to their own conclusions.

Most seem to be level-headed and think it has to do with more violence and gore, which is fitting considering some of the intense scenes Final Fantasy VII Revelation will be remaking from the original game’s third act. However, others believe the root cause of the rating is a steamy scene between Cloud and Tifa that wasn’t actually all that steamy in the original game.

Before the last stretch of the original game, Cloud and Tifa spend an “intimate” moment under the Highwind airship. The game’s camera simply pans away when this is implied to happen, but dialogue from other Highwind members upon returning to the airship suggests the pair did more than just cuddle and watch the sunset. Fans are hopeful that these horny fantasies may be fully realised with Square Enix’s new technology and we’re actually getting a bit more than just a convenient fade to black. It’s not the first time Final Fantasy tackled indirect or heavily implied fornication after all (see Final Fantasy XVI or even Final Fantasy X as the better example).

Final Fantasy VII Revelation releases in Spring 2027 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PC and Nintendo Switch 2.
