@Simbact - we have PS5 units available pre-order soon, but our current allocation is fully allocated though Do ask them to register if possible and they will be SMS notified.

@Sirk786 - All ps5 orders accepted through Nexus Hub are guaranteed as we work closely with Sony PlayStation on allocations etc.

While we can't disclose the Quantity it is a very large allocation and PlayStation SA sends them out to retailers (us) as allocation batches.
Just a note, we fill orders as the stock arrives, and then apply it to first orders in to make it as fair as possible

You are always welcome to PM me - and i will try my best to advise on ETA's supplied by Sony

Registration

How do I register?
Select the "Register" option on the main menu. After entering a few details, viewing and agreeing to the site terms and conditions, select the "Submit" button and you will receive an email to active your account and complete the sign-up process.

I forgot my password, what now?
To retrieve your password, choose the "forgot password?" option in the sign in area. You will be asked for your e-mail address and a verification code input. Once completed and submitted you will receive an e-mail that will reset your account password.

I'm a member on-line, where are the community features?
To have access to all the functionality of the site, you will need to have a valid store membership activated on your account.

What is membership and how does it work?
AWX Membership entitles you to membership discount on each item and access to our loyalty point system. Membership can be used in-store or on the site. When you become an AWX member you will be given a membership card with your unique membership number. All purchases, pre-orders, call-orders and reservations will be linked to your membership number.

How do I link my retail membership on-line?
Signing up as a retail member gives you access to multiple on-line features. When you sign-up in store an account is created for you on-line. You will need to enter in your username (AWX membership number) and the password given to you to access your online account. Once you have logged in you will be able to enter a new password for your account. If you already have an AWX forum account then you can purchase your membership with your first order on the AWX shop section, or update your account in-store by purchasing an AWX membership.

Where do I change my details?
Forum related details such as your avatar, signature and login password can be changed in the "Account" section.

How do I change my Avatar?
In the account section there is an option to 'Edit your profile' which allows you to edit your community profile, such as uploading an avatar or editing your forum signature. To upload on image just select the "Browse" button and explore your computer to find the relevant file. Avatars should be in jpg, gif, bmp or png format. The site will re-size the image if it is the incorrect size which might cause the image to be scaled incorrectly. To insure this doesn't occur please edit your image to the correct size before uploading it.

How do I add a signature?
You can add a signature to your profile that seen at the end of each of your forum posts. In the "Account" settings section, under the 'Edit your profile' option there is a text box you can create your signature. You can add an image (using the [img][/img] tag) or text for your signature. Please remember the forum rules when creating a signature.

Shop Functions

How do I find what I'm looking for?
You can browse the product categories for the item you are looking for or you can search for an item using the site search bar located at the top of the site. Using the search option will display all items that fill the submitted criteria. Selecting an item that is listed either from browsing or searching will display all the related details of that item.

How do I purchase something?
Once you have found the item you are looking for, selecting "Buy" will add a product to your shopping cart. You can continue browsing the site and adding items that you wish to purchase. Your cart can be viewed at any time from the "Edit Basket" section (located on the right below the main menu). Changes to your cart items can be made here. When you are ready to check out select "Checkout" from the shopping cart or the menu. Submit the correct information in the appropriate text boxes.

How do I add an item to my Wish List?
Selecting the "Add to Wishlist" option in an item will also add it to your list. Other members can view your list in your profile.

Posting / Forums

How do I create a new thread?
Select the relevant forum for your post (i.e. PlayStation) and click the "New Thread" button. Give your thread a subject and insert your post in the post section. You can only create a thread if you are logged in.

How do I post a reply?
Select the thread you want to reply to and either click the "Post Reply" button at the top of the page or type your reply in the text box at the bottom of the page. If you use the Quick Reply box you can preview your post or submit what you have typed directly. You can only post a reply if you are logged in.

How do I edit a post?
At the bottom left of each of your posts (below your signature) is an "Edit" button. You can only edit posts that you have created.

Why does it say "Image Disabled"?
You need to be logged in to view images that are posted on the site.

If there is something in a post that goes against the rules how do I report it?
At the top of each page there is a Report button. Completing this report form will inform the site moderators of the problem. Please refer to the site rules before making a report.
