Some nice console footage of Bloodwalker

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6bm4fZjxeJk

Kinda bummed it's targeting 30fps or 40fps, even on PS5 Pro. But It looks good.

Yeah, originally all the boaxart said that too, but then the UK one changed.
Pretty sure most search results and AI are working on possibly outdated information.

Review: SanDisk Extreme Fit USB-C Flash Drive (128GB)

It's a small world.

by Sahil Lala on 21 August, 2026

The SANDISK Extreme Fit USB-C™ Flash Drive - 128GB is something that you might not even believe exists if you’re an old school tech user such as myself. It’s mind-boggling how far we’ve come in terms of storage size. And I don’t mean what’s on the device itself, I mean the actual physical size of the product. It’s so tiny!

Can something so small actually function properly in the real world? I’ll get to this in a bit but before we dive into its performance, here are the tech specs:

Capacity: 128GB
Sequential Read Performance: Up to 400MB/s
Interface: USB 3.2 Gen 1
Dimensions (L x W x H): 0.73" x 0.54" x 0.63"
Warranty: 5-Year Limited Warranty
Weight: 3 grams

First and foremost, let’s talk about the pure performance of the Extreme Fit USB-C™ Flash Drive. To test its speeds, I booted up CrystalDisk Mark 8.0.4 and obtained the following average scores after 4 runs of the benchmark.

As you can see, the manufacturer’s claims of a 400 MB/s read performance are accurate with the device obtaining a 411.75 MB/s average read speed. The write speed coming in at 145.42 MB/s is also good to be quite honest as this is usually where a lot of more budget USB storage devices falter. For additional context, I’ve used some USB flash drives with abysmal speeds in the low 10 MB/s region so for the SANDISK Extreme Fit USB-C™ to have a consistent 145.42 MB/s write speed, I was impressed.

Now that the performance is confirmed to be great from the benchmark testing, let’s talk a little bit about the design of this product. SanDisk clearly know what they are doing since they won an award for this product but I have a couple of gripes here. The first being the fact that they really went all out with packing as much storage as possible into such a small form factor. This is a double-edged sword since they might have done TOO much of a good job here.

To elaborate, the dimensions of the flash drive are incredibly small. It’s not called an “Extreme fit” for nothing that’s for sure! It’s basically the size of a fingertip. However, this can lead to some rather costly mishaps. Since the drive is so compact, it’s incredibly easy for it to be misplaced or lost. If you throw this into a laptop bag for example, it’s definitely going to end up in a tiny crevice somewhere or get lodged in between something. This is a drive that ideally, you’ll want to leave plugged into your device so that you don’t lose it. SanDisk could improve on the design by including a keyring hole into the design in a future iteration. This could then be attached to a keyring tag or lanyard and you’ll be less likely to lose the drive.

The other small gripe I have is the drive’s shape. It doesn’t sit completely flush with Type-C ports and has a bit of an angle to it. As such, when plugged in, you’ll have a tiny crevice where something could get lodged in or snagged. If you’re leaving the flash drive plugged into your laptop and then you toss it into a laptop bag, there is a chance of it getting hooked onto something and this could damage your USB port over time if it happens often enough. Yes, it’s a bit of an edge case scenario but things like this do happen in the real world.

Other than that though, the SANDISK Extreme Fit USB-C™ flash drive is a great USB flash drive for content creators or people who want a USB flash drive that isn’t bulky or cumbersome to carry around and use. I’ve used my fair share of flash drives over the years and I must say, having one this small truly is great since I can quickly plug it into my phone, transfer some files onto it and then plug it into my laptop without worrying about any sliding mechanisms or caps or on-the-go (OTG) converters.

The device ships with 3 tiny files on it. Software download instructions in a PDF and 2 installers which take you to the SanDisk website to install their app. However, installation of their app is completely optional since it’s not needed for the flash drive to function. SanDisk’s App is user friendly though so if you do want to use it to back up or transfer files, you can rest assured that it works quite well.

Oh and since I didn’t mention it yet, the device also has an eye-catching holographic effect on its side where the SanDisk logo is. This looks so pretty in real life and gives it a futuristic vibe.

Overall, the SANDISK Extreme Fit USB-C™ flash drive is a great USB Type-C device and since it functions as an OTG flash drive, it’s definitely worth considering if you want to move large files between your phone and laptop/desktop quickly. Coming in at the current retail price of $38.99 for the 128Gb version, it might be a bit too pricey. The convenience, speed and form factor are clearly the major selling points contributing to the higher price in comparison with standard flash drives but the device is an excellent product worthy of the Red Dot Design award it received this year. If you’re a content creator who wants an ultra-light Type C storage device, this is the one for you.
