Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 Debuts New Gameplay Trailer, Coming to Xbox Series X
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2, the sequel to the 2005 RPG that spawned a cult following, was previously intended to release in March 2020, but was delayed indefinitely. The anticipated title made another appearance at Inside Xbox recently, showing off new gameplay running on Xbox Series X. The visuals have been given a considerable bump in visual fidelity, making it one of the few next-gen titles to have benefited greatly from new hardware. The game is expected to arrive on current-gen and next-gen consoles.

Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2's gameplay gets deep into the mythos of how vampires operate within society, either masking themselves or torturing families to satiate their bloodlust. Other vampires lure victims into night clubs, while another lurks the streets in shadows and alleys. It seems like players will be able to take to the streets and various locations themselves to form alliances with the vampires or turn against them, as was the nature of its predecessor that offered players plenty of agency when it came to making tough decisions.
Developer Hardsuit Labs provided a great description of the trailer, along with some details about the final game:
Enter the World of Darkness and rise through vampire society. Experience Seattle - a city full of alluring, dangerous, characters and factions. You are dead now but stronger, quicker, more alluring and with potential for so much more. Choose to be brutal and unflinching or cultured and seductive. Use charm, cunning, terror and sheer will to rise through vampire society. What monster will you be?
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 will release on Xbox Series X and Xbox One, though is also slated for PC and PS4.
