Plague Tale Resonance looks fantastic on the Pro. Star Wars looks like it still has some technical issues so hopefully they'll be ironed out by the time I get to it. Going to be a great couple of weeks for gaming!

Crossing fingers Resonance actually arrives next week.

@Metal gear and Star wars fans - We just received confirmation from the official SA distribtuors that customs has not released the SA consignment of those releases. This affects both titles at all SA retailers.

We will keep you posted on progress - hoping to still have it for you guys for the weekend

Had the strangest thing happen just now.

Got a call and I thought it was spam but then I saw it was a legit number. So I answered and these was a lot of static and as I was about to put down I faintly heard a girl's voice.

I was a bit paranoid because I watched the Japanese version of The Ring over the weekend again. So I said, excuse me. And then she spoke.
I got such a fright, and then I started panicking, and the voice said 7 DAYS again. And I thought my life came to an end? Told the voice I don't
want to die, and I didn't do anything wrong. So the voice just said 7 days again. I went cold to my stomach. The static came and went over the phone
and I was just frozen. And I again said, I don't want to die! What did I do wrong? The voice came again on the phone through the static, 7 days..................................until Blood Of The Dawnwalker releases.

The Quarry Director Promises 186 Unique Endings

Supermassive Games recently announced The Quarry, an interactive choice-driven horror experience that acts as somewhat of a spiritual successor to Until Dawn. In a recent interview, the game’s director promised that players will encounter a total of 186 unique endings based on “massively varied” stories and decisions.

Speaking to IGN, The Quarry‘s director Will Byles talked about the game’s sprawling amount of endings and what players can expect going into the new horror title. He emphasises how impactful player decisions will be when it comes to shaping the narrative, including making small choices that might have big consequences.

Byles’ full statement on The Quarry‘s gameplay loop, characters, and endings read:

“There are nine different characters you play and each one of those characters has their own story. You’ll be making choices for them […] — big choices, they might end up dead, small choices where you might affect a relationship quite significantly, and of course, those have to intertwine.

Those stories, as you branch through, go wide and then they start to come in again. It’s kind of like the story itself is the variation, not always just the end point. We’ve worked out 186 different endings for the characters. Not just alive or dead, but a whole variation of things that can happen to them. The stories they can have on the way through are massively varied.”

The Quarry was announced earlier this year, leaning into Supermassive Games’ signature storytelling and choice-driven gameplay. Instead of being published by Bandai Namco Entertainment like their Dark Pictures Anthology series, the game will instead be published by 2K Games.

In addition to the familiar gameplay, The Quarry will star a handful of Hollywood actors including David Arquette, Ariel Winter, Brenda Song, Justice Smith, Siobhan Williams, Ted Raimi, Lin Shaye, and more.

The Quarry launches on 10 June 2022 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC.

that's mental - honestly I only ever replay through their games 2-3 times, especially if I accentually killed off peeps...not gonna play 186 times or whatever is needed to see all the ending sheesh
