It's safe to say that everyone is anticipating the release of the PlayStation 5, which will usher in the next generation of consoles and video games. While little to no information is known about the next console in Sony's line-up, a recent leak on Pastebin claims to know the launch titles, as well as some hardware, for the PS5.

According to the Pastebin leaker, the PlayStation 5 will launch with remastered versions of both The Last of Us: Part II and Ghost of Tsushima (which we assume he means that it will come to PS4 first before making the cross-gen leap). The leaker also mentions Gran Turismo 7, which will come with PSVR support, and a free-to-play version of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds. Additionally, the next Assassin's Creed game, which we know will feature vikings, will reportedly launch on the PS5 as well. Sony will also introduce the PlayStation VR 2.

Battlefield: Bad Company 3, the long-rumoured sequel in the fan-favourite Bad Company series, will also release in 2020 on the PS5. This also includes the leaked Harry Potter RPG. The leaker mentions Horizon 2 as well, which will launch in 2021.

Finally, the leak mentions Grand Theft Auto 6, with a few details on the game. Apparently, the game will feature both Vice City and Liberty City (or as they call it, Miami and New York, from which these cities in the game were modeled after). GTA 6 will launch in 2020 with the PS5 and include a one-month timed exclusivity deal.

I must stress that you take all of this information with a huge grain of salt. The leak was posted late last year, but has only gained traction now, making it all the more questionable. As for what the launch titles are, it's very possible that Sony will release Gran Turismo 7 with PSVR support. It's also likely that Ghost of Tsushima and The Last of Us: Part II will feature remasters on the PS5 if it launches on the PS4, as they've done in the past.

However, the rest of the information is unbelievable. Rockstar spent a good 6 years developing Red Dead Redemption 2, pouring tons of resources into its development. I highly doubt that two years later, they'd be able to produce another triple-A heavy-hitter like Grand Theft Auto 6. Secondly, the prospect of featuring both cities is interesting, but I believe they will focus on Vice City alone this time. GTA 4 featured a modern-gen Liberty City, with GTA 5 featuring San Andreas (or at least a portion of it). It would only make sense for the next installment to feature the Miami-like city.

The rest of the list sounds like wishful thinking, to be honest. Rockstar's next game is rumoured to be Bully 2, and that might even take a few extra years in development. Horizon 2 releasing in 2021 is possible, though I doubt that Sony will simply let such a big project slip this easily.
