Picked up the Collectors Edition of Phantom Blade 0 from China. It doesn't come with the game though so also really keen to get the disc from you guys if are importing it. Game gives me Bujingai/Blood Will Tell vibes. The statue in the CE is stunning so I couldn't resist lol

@vector - we are investigating a courier solution for customers that order frequently. We unfortuanetly are a smaller indepedent company and as such we cant always amortise costs like the larger guys. Working on it though

If you haven't tried it, Mortal Shell 2 has an open beta you can download and try. I liked it a lot as well

Beast Of Reincarnation is very easy. I'm playing on hard mode and honestly, that feels more like normal to me. Normal and Story mode are laughably easy. Even a person in a vegetative state will be able to play it on those modes.

But I think even if you play on the lower difficulties, the combat and the world traversal is still awesome.

This conversation below is interesting, I dont know whether I should now go for Mortal Shell 2 which is showing some potential here or Beast of Reincarnation

I suck at soul games so leaning more towards Beast of Reincarnation which I heard is more forgiving....

I think the 1st area of Best Of Reincarnation ruins the opening of the game. It's rather dull and seems generic. But at the end of the first chapter and some story things happen, then the game actually gets going. And the later areas are actually quite nice.

I like the combat as well and the traversal mechanics are awesome as well. Just like in Sekiro

PlayStation CEO Confirms They're 'Strengthening Ties' with Japanese Studios

Ahead of the next State of Play, PlayStation CEO Jim Ryan has been making the interview rounds, where the newly announced next-gen VR system for PS5 and teases for games to come. Many details were revealed about the future of PlayStation, including their business ideals going forward. They still remain committed to making Western-developed games, with a large majority of their first-party studios churning out big titles, but their relationship with Japanese developers continues to be strengthened, according to Ryan.

Speaking to Famitsu (reported by VGC), PlayStation CEO Jim Ryan reaffirmed that they're still "strengthening ties" with Japanese developers - something that Xbox is also aiming towards. "We’re really happy and proud of the PS Studios titles that have been released by Worldwide Studios," said Ryan. "SIE also has strong relationships with licensees in Japan, so we will continue to strengthen our ties with them and develop titles made in Japan for PlayStation fans around the world."

While Ryan didn't go into specifics about which Japanese developers they're working with, some high-profile figures have already left Sony's ranks. This includes both Demon's Souls producer Teruyuki Toriyama and Silent Hill creator Keiichiro Toyama, who left Japan Studio last year to form his own studio, Bokeh Game Studio. If PlayStation aims to strengthen their ties with Japanese developers, there's quite a list of possible candidates that Sony can continue to flourish good working relationships. This may include Bloodborne developer From Software, Koei Tecmo's Team Ninja and Atlus, who have developed exclusive or timed exclusive titles for PlayStation before.

Recently, it was revealed that Konami were outsourcing their IPs, and one rumour suggested that Sony were picking up properties like Silent Hill, Castlevania and Metal Gear Solid - for the latter, Demon's Souls remake developer Bluepoint Games is rumoured to be working on a remake of the first title. Only time will tell how this works out for PlayStation.
