Tekken 7 - Kazuya vs Heihachi figure impressions
Tekken 7 has just released and, as is the usual practice these days, we’ve got a few different editions of the game: the standard version which is just the base game; the deluxe edition which includes the season pass; and then collector’s edition which includes everything in the deluxe edition but adds to it in the biggest, best possible way… and also leads to the reason for this article - the amazing Kazuya vs Heihachi figure that is included.
The statue itself is amazing! I didn’t expect anything near this quality and it makes owning this collector’s edition a must for massive Tekken fans or statue collectors. Overall, it feels solid and the base has some weight to it, even with Kazuya just about hanging in the air. There is no fear of the statue falling over or breaking (take a deep breath!)
The base of the statue is modelled around their epic showdown fight that happens near the climax of the story mode in Tekken 7. It’s quite a big statue as well, measuring around 45cm from Kazuya’s elbow to Heihachi’s foot, and 30cm high. This is easily the best figure I have seen bundled with a fighting game. So if you are considering getting the collector’s edition, but you have been wondering whether the statue would be worth the extra money, rest easy knowing it’s well worth it.
Don’t sit on the fence on this one if you’re a rabid fan or avid collector. If my words haven’t convinced you, just take another look at these photos!
