Didn't know Armatus existed until now and this looks like it's going to be a banger game!

@Tea

Thanks for listing Armatus. I'm glad it's getting a physical copy. Been keeping my eye on it since it was announced.

Just adding my voice to all the rave reviews on Hellraiser.

Was a deliciously dark and disturbing romp.

Even with the critic reviews being mild at best, the player reviews are doing it justice.

@Phreak

How Hellraiser made it through the ratings boards is beyond me. But I give the devs 10/10 with authenticity and sticking to what Hellraiser is.

Hellraiser franchise has had it's fair share of ups, downs, more downs and even more downs. But luckily Dimension doesn't have the movie rights anymore. And there is a rumour that Clive Barker is in fact writing and directing a new Hellraiser movie. So that would be amazing.

@Tea: I think Kena 2 was unfortunatly delayed. But its a small team. So its good they get more time.

Cyberpunk 2077: Update Sizes, Patch Notes and What to Expect on Launch

by Sam Aberdeen on 09 December, 2020

    4   2

Cyberpunk 2077, the highly anticipated open world RPG from The Witcher series developer CD Projekt Red, finally launches tomorrow after spending nearly a decade in development since its announcement way back in 2012. While fans who pre-ordered may have already begun the process of preloading the game ahead of its launch tomorrow, we've decided to compile a list of what you need to know about the day one purchase should you be buying a physical copy or only downloading it on release. Make sure you clear up a hefty amount of hard drive space, folks, cause Cyberpunk 2077 is going to preoccupy quite a bit of storage space.

Install Sizes

Cyberpunk 2077's install size (just for the base game) differs depending on the platform. PC players will require a minimum of 7OGB of free space. Xbox players will need to clear up 59.49GB of space, while PlayStation players will need 60GB. Keep in mind, these base install sizes apply to both last generation and current generation consoles, so the 60GB will apply to both the PS4 and PS5 (though sadly there won't be a PS5 upgrade for Cyberpunk 2077 until next year).

Players installing the game via a physical disc will need that base install space, but will also require an additional 43GB for the patch. On PS5, this will appear as two separate download files: one for the base game, and the other for this "day zero" patch.

Version 1.02 Patch

Cyberpunk 2077 will receive a version 1.02 patch that will likely act as your day one patch as well (granted another patch isn't planned for launch). Due to the numerous complaints from early media who played and criticized some of the game's bugs and glitches, CD Projekt Red have released this patch that smoothens out the creases by improving stability, performance and addressing various progression and gameplay issues. The notes mention:

Various Stability improvements
Various performance improvements
Critical progression and gameplay issues addressed

In total, version 1.02 will require around 28GB of free space to install.

Digital Downloads

Pre-loading across all platforms has already begun, but it's worth pointing out again that if you're planning to purchase the game digitally at launch, the download size in total will be 102.9GB - at least for both PS4 and PS5 platforms. We recommend also keeping additional space available for future updates including subsequent patches following its release.

Word of Caution

As a word of caution, note that while these patches aim to improve the current state of the game, there are still reports of bugs and glitches persisting. It may take a bit more time before CD Projekt Red can completely patch up Cyberpunk 2077, but at launch, expect to run into the odd bug or glitch. There have also been some reports of game crashes continuing to happen on consoles, especially the base model PS4 and Xbox One. It will require some patience before everything is running smoothly, but for the most part, version 1.02 does a bit to actually improve the experience and it's highly recommended that you install the latest patch for a better overall time.

When Can You Expect Our Review?

While we understand that Cyberpunk 2077 is a massive game in terms of size and ambition, many media outlets only received codes recently. As such, and in order to give the game a proper analysis and review, we'll refrain from rushing the experience and our thoughts as it will only do a disservice to CD Projekt Red's new game. Our review for Cyberpunk 2077 will likely take a couple of weeks, but we want to make sure we cover as much of the game as possible to bring you a thorough review. In the meantime, look forward to our first impressions soon via a review-in-progress.

Cyberpunk 2077 launches on December 10th, 2020 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
