After playing Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines 2, I am looking forward to a new vampire game, that game....didnt work out the way I had hoped

Is Square would do a 1:1 remake of Final Fantasy 8 that would be great. But we know that Square won’t be able to help themselves so they’ll end up ruining it with crappy modern game design and bloat.

Final Fantasy 8 is such an amazing game and I want it to stay that way. Seems like most modern developers have a really lost their way.

Same here man, not interested in Revelation either. If you said to me 10 years ago that I’d feel the way I do now about Final Fantasy, I would have called you crazy.

At least the Resonance demo is awesome. I’m looking forward to it

Xbox Cloud Gaming is Getting Time Limits and You Have to Pay For More Hours

While cloud gaming continues to elude South Africa and other parts of the world, Xbox is making adjustments to its Cloud Gaming service elsewhere. Microsoft recently announced major changes to cloud gaming which includes monthly caps on how many hours you can play, depending on your Game Pass subscription. Thereafter, you’ll need to buy additional playtime.

In a recent statement, Xbox revealed these cloud gaming changes will now cap players to a certain amount of playtime hours before they’re required to purchase additional playtime. For example, Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will be capped to 15 hours of playtime at most, while Premium and Essential Game Pass subscribers each get 10 and 5 hours, respectively. “Moving to monthly limits allows us to keep offering the service while continuing to invest in its reliability and performance,” said Xbox. “We understand that for some players the practical result is a higher cost.”

Microsoft expects the changes “to impact 4% of Game Pass subscribers”, suggesting not a very large portion of players actually use Xbox Cloud Gaming. Once a player uses up their playtime, they can then purchase additional hours of playtime, though Xbox has yet to announce these prices.

They will also be offered to players who don’t want to subscribe to Game Pass. “Players will be able to purchase cloud playtime hours through the Xbox Store and stream eligible games they own on supported devices,” said Xbox. “This will provide another option for people who want occasional access to cloud gaming or do not want a recurring Game Pass subscription.”

Microsoft is basically asking you to pay for more hours to play your cloud games like it’s an arcade machine. It’s unclear what happened to the planned idea back in July where Xbox was testing free cloud gaming with ads, though Microsoft probably figured directly asking players for money was the more fruitful direction.
