After playing Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines 2, I am looking forward to a new vampire game, that game....didnt work out the way I had hoped

Is Square would do a 1:1 remake of Final Fantasy 8 that would be great. But we know that Square won’t be able to help themselves so they’ll end up ruining it with crappy modern game design and bloat.

Final Fantasy 8 is such an amazing game and I want it to stay that way. Seems like most modern developers have a really lost their way.

Same here man, not interested in Revelation either. If you said to me 10 years ago that I’d feel the way I do now about Final Fantasy, I would have called you crazy.

At least the Resonance demo is awesome. I’m looking forward to it

Next Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Might Include Revengeance

Fans desperately hoping for a remaster of the classic action game, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, may get their prayers answered soon. According to a reputable journalist, the next Metal Gear Solid Master Collection volume may include Revengeance as well as Metal Gear Solid V, complete with all the bells and whistles of a remaster.

That’s according to Video Games Chronicle scribe Jordan Middler (via Reddit) who claimed that Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance will apparently be part of the next Master Collection package along with 60fps current-gen console enhancements. Metal Gear Solid V, which we assume includes both Ground Zeroes and The Phantom Pain, might also appear in this collection, though it sadly won’t include any of the cut content. The game was infamously incomplete as a result of tensions between Konami and Hideo Kojima during development.

Konami recently released Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 2 which contained a modern remaster of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots – finally breaking it out of its PS3 exclusivity – alongside the HD Collection version of Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance was originally released on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC back in 2013 and took a decidedly different approach to the stealth-focused Metal Gear games, instead shifting towards a fast-paced action game in the vein of Devil May Cry and Bayonetta. Despite its short playtime of around four hours, it was well-received by the community and has since gained a cult following. For the last half-decade, there’s been huge demand for a remaster and it seems like it might be on the way.

In related news, Konami is on a bit of a redemption run. With the upcoming Silent Hill: Townfall and Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse in the pipeline, the company is also working with Bloober Team again on a remake of the first Silent Hill game.
