@AWXMEM132134 definitely is. Blown away by how good it is, coming from a dev that never made a game on this scale before.

@Tea enjoy Townfall, it's phenomenal. 2 Remake was also incredible. Can't believe we got 3 back to back banger Silent Hill games.

@phreak very excited for Resonance, the demo was amazing. I played FFBE for yeeears. I think we even spoke about it at one point. Can’t wait to play a game with these characters again.

Silent Hill is my current GOTY but this could overtake it.

I literally can't wait to play FF Resonance, it's going to be amazing.

But I am also looking forward to experiencing Tales Of Eternia for the first time.

@BigBobby - We do list nearly our entire catalogue online as live inventory. If you can recall which title(s) you saw instore you can find online - please let me know and I will check if perhaps they are delisted for a reason. (Sometimes its to prevent scalpers buying up niche stuff we keep for our clients)

Next Assassin's Creed Game May Be Set in Japan

by Sam Aberdeen on 02 August, 2018

Assassin's Creed fans have been demanding a Japanese setting of the series for what seems like eternity. After all, it would make a lot of sense for feudal Japan to be another potentially fascinating time period, considering it's appealing shinobi and samurai warriors. However, a new theory has sprung up that suggests Ubisoft's next outing in the Assassin's Creed series, following Odyssey, may finally feature a Japanese setting.

A Reddit user going by the name of “DoktahManhattan” recently discovered a possible Easter egg in Assassin's Creed 3 that alludes to Japan. In the image below, taken from the opening of Assassin's Creed 3, we see three familiar symbols. The first is the Eye of Horus symbol, which points to Assassin's Creed Origins' Egyptian setting; the second is the Omega letter from the Greek alphabet, pointing to Assassin's Creed Odyssey's Ancient Greece setting. The final symbol, however, is the most intriguing one; it's the symbol for a torii - a traditional Japanese gate typically found at the entrances of Shinto shrines.

It's easy to say that Ubisoft prematurely planned the outline of their future Assassin's Creed settings all the way back in 2012 when Assassin's Creed 3 came out - and if that is true, it's an incredible Easter egg - but it may also just be wishful thinking at this point as Ubisoft could very well change their mind. Given the resurgence of popular games with ancient Japanese settings, most notably Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice and Ghost of Tsushima, it wouldn't be far-fetched to think that the developer might want to tackle the time period too.

Assassin's Creed Odyssey releases on October 5, 2018 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
