New Watch Dogs: Legion Extensive Gameplay and Story Trailer Revealed
Ubisoft have uploaded a rather extensive gameplay video to their YouTube channel showcasing Watch Dogs: Legion in action. While the video showcases gameplay it does contain quite a lot of aspects that could be regarded as spoilers, especially with regards to the game’s world. You can check it out below but if you’d prefer to go into the game blind, feel free to avoid it completely.
In the above video, creative director Clint Hocking dives deep into the gameplay in Watch Dogs: Legion. The video focuses a lot on the recruitment aspects of the game and how that plays out. In Watch Dogs: Legion players can play as anyone and will be able to recruit whoever they want for their resistance. Every single person in the open world can be recruited and played as. They also have a unique backstory, personality and skillset attached to them.
If you’d prefer to watch a shorter video that’s less gameplay spoiler filled, you can check out the story trailer below:
Ubisoft have also uploaded a “Post-Launch” content trailer which shows off the upcoming Free DLC update that brings multiplayer to the world of Watch Dogs: Legion on December 3rd, 2020. You can check this out below:
Watch Dogs: Legion will release on October 29th, 2020 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Stadia and for Windows PC on Epic Games Store and Uplay. The game will also be available on UPLAY+, Ubisoft’s subscription service. Watch Dogs: Legion will also release on Xbox Series X | S on November 10th and digitally on PlayStation 5 alongside the console on November 12th, 2020. The physical version of the game on PlayStation 5 will be available on November 24th, 2020.
