Kano Joins Mortal Kombat 11 Character Roster
For those unaware, Mortal Kombat 11 developer, NetherRealm Studios, were meant to hold a Kombat Kast this week in which they showcased more of their upcoming fighting game. However, the weather wasn't exactly to their favour and it had to be postponed. That doesn't mean we don't get to know more about the game, as NetherRealm has just revealed Kano.

Kano is widely known in the Mortal Kombat universe, so it shouldn't come as a surprise to many that he is in the game. The Kombat Kast was most likely going to showcase more of Kano in the form of gameplay and customisation, but we will just have to wait until next week.
There really isn't much changed from the Kano we have come to know. He still has a cybernetic eye, metallic gear, and his trusty knife. He looks more toned down compared to his previous bulk designs.
Wherever Kano is, Sonya Blade will follow. However, Sonya is normally aided by Jax, so it's easy to speculate that he may join the roster too. This brings the total to 8 out of the possible 25 characters being brought into the game. We will just have to wait and see what they have in store for us before April.
Mortal Kombat 11 releases on April 23, 2019 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One, with a Nintendo Switch release planned for May.
