Far Cry 6: Gold, Ultimate and Collector's Editions Detailed
Far Cry 6 was officially announced at Ubisoft Forward last night with two cinematic trailers, though little gameplay was shown. However, Ubisoft were quick to also reveal a list of editions players could pre-order. So far, it seems like there's four different editions that fans can choose from. Best of all, none of these editions forces you to pay for an upgrade to next-gen consoles, so if you purchase it on PS4 or Xbox One, you can upgrade it for free to PS5 and Xbox Series X, respectively. With that out of the way, let's take a look at what each edition offers.

The Standard Edition of Far Cry 6 comes with the base game, and one purchase on PS4 or Xbox One guarantees a free upgrade to PS5 and Xbox Series X when the game launches on February 18th, 2020.
Far Cry 6's Gold Edition includes the base game and the Season Pass.
Far Cry 6's Ultimate Edition will include the base game, the Season Pass, and the "Ultimate pack" which includes the Jungle Expedition pack, the Croc Hunter pack, and the Vice pack.
Finally, the Collector's Edition includes the base game, the Season Pass, the Ultimate Pack, a 64-page art book, soundtrack, map, stickers, a "Chorizo keyring" (the name of your best boy), and last but certainly not least, a "high-end display model" of the Tostador, the flamethrower from the game.
In addition to these editions, there's also some pre-order bonuses to get your hands on:
Far Cry 6 releases on February 18th, 2021 for PS4, Xbox One and PC, with upgrades available to PS5 and Xbox Series X.
