Didn't know Armatus existed until now and this looks like it's going to be a banger game!

@Tea

Thanks for listing Armatus. I'm glad it's getting a physical copy. Been keeping my eye on it since it was announced.

Just adding my voice to all the rave reviews on Hellraiser.

Was a deliciously dark and disturbing romp.

Even with the critic reviews being mild at best, the player reviews are doing it justice.

@tea, could you confirm whether the deluxe edition of Star Wars Galatic Racer comes with a steelbook?

@Phreak

How Hellraiser made it through the ratings boards is beyond me. But I give the devs 10/10 with authenticity and sticking to what Hellraiser is.

Hellraiser franchise has had it's fair share of ups, downs, more downs and even more downs. But luckily Dimension doesn't have the movie rights anymore. And there is a rumour that Clive Barker is in fact writing and directing a new Hellraiser movie. So that would be amazing.

@Tea: I think Kena 2 was unfortunatly delayed. But its a small team. So its good they get more time.

@phreak - you what im waiting for ... the release date on Kena 2. The first game was a complete gem and likely my game of the year when it was released.

@IkariX: Hearing good things about Hellraiser. Props to the devs for refusing to cencor it. Even for streamers

Call of Duty: Vanguard Officially Announced, Reveal Coming This Thursday

by Sam Aberdeen on 17 August, 2021

After recent leaks and what feels like an entire year of rumours, Activision and developer Sledgehammer Games have finally announced this year's Call of Duty title, confirmed as Call of Duty: Vanguard. The full reveal is set for this Thursday, where we'll surely see a reveal trailer and perhaps some first gameplay.

Activision studio Sledgehammer Games have announced their entry in this year's Call of Duty franchise, with the title Call of Duty: Vanguard. Much like last year's Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War, the game will be unveiled via an in-game Warzone event. You can tune in on Thursday, August 19th at 10:30am PT / 1:30 pm ET / 6:30 pm BST or for South African folk, 7:30pm SAST.

"At 10:30 AM PT on August 19, the Battle of Verdansk will begin in Call of Duty: Warzone," said Activision. "Join the battle and experience the worldwide reveal of Call of Duty: Vanguard live in-game. Be the first to the fight and be rewarded – report to Warzone and play in any playlist between 9:30 AM and 10:29 AM PT and prepare to participate in a limited-time Double XP, Double Weapon XP, and Double Battle Pass XP event before the battle begins."

Call of Duty: Vanguard promotional artwork leaked last week, basically confirming this year's new CoD. Judging by the leaks and information, we'll be heading back to World War II - a bit of a specialty for Sledgehammer Games who previously used the setting in Call of Duty: WWII. It's unclear when the game will be released, though previous leaks hint at a November window. A month before, Call of Duty's competitor Battlefield will release their next entry, Battlefield 2042, as well.

According to Video Games Chronicle, Call of Duty: Vanguard will feature a campaign, multiplayer and Zombies mode set in the European and Pacific theatres of World War II.
