Captain America: Civil War - Excellent film, not without its problems (overly complex villainous plot, relatively forgettable villain and the use of shaky cam in the fight scenes), but the central conflict is believable and the story flows and makes sense. An 8/10 for me

Jungle Book
I really enjoyed this. They stayed true to the originally Disney movie, but had enough differences in it to make things interesting. I loved how they gave the characters more motive then in the old movie, which really helped me enjoy it as an adult. The visuals were stunning and watching it in 3D was well worth it. 9/10

Die Fighting (2014)
Just picked up for no reason
If you liked The Raid, watch this. The acting and camera filters can go jump, this is all about the fight scenes... and they are really good. Just fast forward between fights !bm. Very impressed

Civil War - good movie, a shame they nerf Scarlet Witch so much.

Joe Somebody – Haven't seen this since release, almost two decades ago. Enjoyable, better than I remember it. I wonder where Tim Allen is now.

The Golden Child - WHen Eddie Murphy was funny. Third Act is lacking but the film is still good, carried by Eddie

Captain America: Civil War.

Clear History - very funny. Larry David (Writer of Seinfeld and star of Curb Your Enthusiasm) with a star studded cast.

The Thing From Another World (1951).

Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb – Peter Sellers and others. I have the distinct impression that the collective sense of humour has changed dramatically over the last 52 years. That said, still some hilarious moments:

That live action one I thought was gonna flop trying to make that feel good movie hardcore but it really stayed true to the jolliness of the original

Ratchet & Clank

Slither - funny but gross horror with Nathan Fillion.

Byzantium - hmm, not sure what to make of this. Surely somebody who turns into a vampire at age 16ish 200 years ago would not still have a teenagers emotional intelligence? Why would a Royal Navy Captain need a map to an island he has already been too, Why don't they guard their 'temple' etc. Too many plot holes here.

Ant-Man - enjoyed this, welcome break from the recent Marvel excess.

They did rehash some things from A New Hope, but it was still all good.

Flying High (Airplane)

On DG's recommendation I finally got around to watching this movie last night. I have no idea why I hadn't seen this movie before, but I absolutely loved it Great movie with incredible gags and true classic moments.

10 Cloverfield Lane.

Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 - boring plus it didn't help I couldn't remember a damn thing about Part 1 less than 6 months after watching it.
