If I can give you some advice. Don’t worry about the time limit. It means nothing in the grand scheme of things. What you can do is, check which ending you want to get and make a hard save before it. Do your ending, reload and just take your time. The timer running out means almost nothing.

Even without doing that, there’s plenty of time in the game to do what you want.

Watch Resident Evil 3 Gameplay in Striking 8K 60 FPS

Capcom's remake of Resident Evil 3 released earlier this year, and despite receiving mostly positive reviews, fell behind its predecessor, the Resident Evil 2 remake, which was one of the best-received games of 2019. Nonetheless, most fans still appreciated the third game's remake for its tight gameplay and strong visuals - which have now gotten stronger thanks to the recent release of Nvidia's 30 series graphics cards. As it turns out, one YouTube channel has now pushed the game up to run at 8K and 60fps with that new power.

The latest gameplay video for Resident Evil 3 uploaded by Rob Cram shows the game running at a buttery smooth 8K 60fps (if you have the monitor with the correct display requirements, that is). The gameplay shows one of the earlier sections of the game, and uses Jill's familiar modded battlesuit to showcase the attention to detail now afforded to textures and the fluidity of character animations and movement. It's quite a visually awesome display, though it has come at the cost of lowering some effects in the game. As the source notably indicates, most settings had to be tinkered with and dropped before finding a decent middle-ground. Dropping the resolution to 4K 60fps, however, meant they could up the graphical effects again. Check out the gameplay below:

All of this was achieved by using Nvidia's latest 30 series graphics cards, though some adjusting is required to hit these goals. However, this is a great indication for where gaming could possibly go in future titles. Resident Evil 3, at the moment, stands alongside Capcom's other RE Engine-based titles as the most graphically stunning in recent gaming, at least as far as horror and action/adventure games go. With Resident Evil Village on the horizon, though, we have yet to see any actual updated gameplay running on next-gen hardware that would give us a better idea of how the newest RE game might perform visually. We'll just have to wait a little while longer to see that in action.
