@Phreak

How Hellraiser made it through the ratings boards is beyond me. But I give the devs 10/10 with authenticity and sticking to what Hellraiser is.

Hellraiser franchise has had it's fair share of ups, downs, more downs and even more downs. But luckily Dimension doesn't have the movie rights anymore. And there is a rumour that Clive Barker is in fact writing and directing a new Hellraiser movie. So that would be amazing.

@Tea: I think Kena 2 was unfortunatly delayed. But its a small team. So its good they get more time.

@IkariX: Hearing good things about Hellraiser. Props to the devs for refusing to cencor it. Even for streamers

@VectorTwoSix

For now I would not be hopeful, this article was released https://wccftech.com/phantom-blade-zero-playstation-5-pulled-listings-no-physical-edition/ that shows for now, there is no intention for a physical release, maybe it will be like Black Myth Wukong where they will release physical later

Possibly after the timed exclusivity ends

Look I'm really excited for Phantom Blade Zero, but I refuse to buy it digitally. Much like Black Myth Wukong, I will wait if I have to, but if you're getting a physical, please sign me up (I heard rumours there would be some physicals released).

@Phreak

I'm very excited for FF Resonance.

I'm going to binge play Hellraiser the whole weekend. It's so freaking good. Hellraiser: Revival has such sights to show you.

New Starfield and Elder Scrolls 6 Details Emerge, Both Available on Game Pass at Launch

by Sam Aberdeen on 04 November, 2020

Bethesda have been hard at work on two major upcoming projects: a space-based RPG titled Starfield and The Elder Scrolls 6, though the latter might be years away from release. However, Bethesda's Todd Howard recently gave an interview revealing some new details about Starfield and The Elder Scrolls 6. For the most part, they will follow the formula of most single-player RPGs from the developer's catalogue, though with some interesting new changes thanks to Xbox's recent acquisition of Bethesda and their parent company, ZeniMax.

According to Howard in a recent interview with Develop: Brighton (video below), Starfield will be a strictly single-player experience (no multiplayer). The Creation Engine will receive a massive overhaul, promising a larger leap than seen from Morrowind to Oblivion. Both Starfield and The Elder Scrolls 6 will use procedural generation to create larger land masses seen in prior Bethesda games (counting the first two Elder Scrolls games), meaning it will likely be much larger than Skyrim. Rendering, Animation, Artificial Intelligence, Pathing, Procedural Generation, and more aspects of the game engine have been overhauled too.

Howard continued to reiterate that Starfield is still in development and will be a long while before it is shown to the public (we wonder if The Elder Scrolls 6 will even release on the next generation of consoles anymore). The game creator stated that he doesn't feel comfortable talking about Starfield yet, and understandably so as it's probably deep in development and things could change. NPCs will apparently play a much larger role in the two upcoming games. Finally, Howard also confirmed that both games will be available on Xbox Game Pass at launch, though didn't go into detail about whether or not it will still head over to other platforms such as PlayStation (though those discussions have yet to take place).

Meanwhile, 2021 will be a good year for Bethesda's publishing house as both Tango Gameworks' Ghostwire: Tokyo and Arkane's Deathloop will release as timed exclusives on the PS5.

@Blaze - oh, I don't think that'll happen for TES VI (at least, I don't think Todd would ever do that?), more that long term income from downloads on Game Pass is now acceptable rather than focussing on early sales.
Blaze
@Lurch Oh geez, last thing I want to see is The Elder Scrolls become a Games as a Service title. Leave that to ESO. lol
Lurch
@Blaze - maybe it's changing but the idea of week 1/month 1 sales still seems to pop up in company/investor reports as an indicator of success. Perhaps the games-as-a-service approach by many companies means this is no longer valid and MS can promise longer term returns?
Blaze
@Lurch I imagine they're banking on the Xbox being popular and selling well enough to justify balancing cheap Game Pass subs over premium pricing. Even so, historically hasn't devs recouped more money from just premium pricing?
Lurch
This is fantastic but, someday in near the distant future, I need someone to leak the profit-sharing calculations for Xbox Game Pass to figure out how the hell this all works
