How Hellraiser made it through the ratings boards is beyond me. But I give the devs 10/10 with authenticity and sticking to what Hellraiser is.
Hellraiser franchise has had it's fair share of ups, downs, more downs and even more downs. But luckily Dimension doesn't have the movie rights anymore. And there is a rumour that Clive Barker is in fact writing and directing a new Hellraiser movie. So that would be amazing.
The night comes for us. Indonesian butt kicking film with Iko Badass Uwais. Well worth a watch, though the action is inconsistent. And Iko is unfortunately a minor character
One mayor grip... one of the characters is called ITo... and it's not IKO. Why do this?
The end fight with Iko is pretty much two 14 year olds playing Street fighter with God Mode on In a good way. So much damage.
I love to watch Iko fight. Some awesome moves
Honestly that's true, but that's something that can be attributed to most superhero entertainment these days. Well most entertainment period I should say.
I suppose the difference is whether or not it's dumb and painful and makes you wish you could stab yourself in the brain, or dumb and entertaining at the least.
Downsizing
Well thats 2hours of my life gone!
Watching the trailer you think its gana be a fun, light hearted movie.
Instead its a boring super serious waste of time
Werewolf: The Beast Among Us - made for TV, surprisingly not rubbish. OK
Tim Burton's Corpse Bride - pretty good.
Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom - complete recycling of Lost World and other scenes from previous JP films. How many times do we have to see the same old[censored]? Still watchable but I actually FF'd a few times, The Scottie Edition being at least 15 minutes shorter than the theatrical version.
Re-watched:
Desperado - still good but gun-play outdated now.
Big Trouble in Little China - still [censored] awesome, 30+ years old now.
The Spy Who Dumped Me - I am turning into my own personal Cinema Sins channel, it's the only way I can watch films like this. What a waste of Mila Kunis and especially Kate McKinnon
I watched Zootopia for the first time over the weekend. The last part of the movie reminded me so much of Breaking Bad, with the blue flowers and the yellow Hazmat suite..
A Quiet Place
Good movie. Like the gimmick with the whole no sound thing, was done well.
Also liked the look of the...lets go with aliens. Cause they never tell us what they are, or where they from.
