Solo – A Star Wars Story…still a brilliant take on one of my favored childhood heroes, however I watched this alongside Star Wars Rebels. If you followed Rebels, you would have understood some things a bit better
Solo takes place around 19 years before the events of “A New Hope”
Firstly - Crimson Dawn plays a huge part in the Rebels storyline, even so that Kenobi faces the head of the crime syndicate a few times since his first appearance in The Phantom Menace. Kenobi finally defeats him on Tatooine.
The Gold dice made an appearance again, Han’s luck bringer.
Han helped Ezra to steal a Black Saber, made by the Mandalorians from Qi’ra after she joined Crimson Dawn and she is killed by the hologram villain from the Solo movie, for betraying him and allowing Han to steal the Black Saber.

Part of the movies big problem is that the final third needed to be reshot because test audiences didn't like it. Good job lowest common demoninator yet again. You too studio execs. And that's the part that's truly, idiotically dumb with the half-assed VFX. Not that the rest of it wasn't, but damn if that last bit wasn't facepalm worthy.
That said, I didn't regret my time watching it, though I wouldn't make an effort to see it again.

Sicario Day of the Soldado
Not as good as the first one, but still good. There should be a third one, if the ending is anything to go by.
Deadpool 2
Just as good as the first one!
Cable & Domino were okay, Cable was a bit small though. Theres a joke about it as well. The way they killed off the X Force lol Poor Shatterstar, guess he won't be getting a spinoff. & Juggernaut was awesome!!!!
Did you guys catch Matt Damon & Brad Pitt?

Jurassic Park – The Lost Kingdom – Ok…we got a saying in Afrikaans – “Die storie is al holrug gery”. They had to stop about 3 movies ago, this movie only depended on the special effects…so what is next – Jurassic Park – The Lost Planet….they going to mix dinosaur DNA with human DNA…
Anyone watched the Mythica series of movies? Its 5 movies (so far) Written by Anne k. Black, who did a lot of the Dragon magazines articles and Kevin Sorbo. The entire series of movies were made as Kickstarter projects and the contributors had the opportunity to be in the movies as extras. The movies don’t have the best special effects or acting, however, they stuck to the lore of a true fantasy story.
