Spider-Man: Miles Morales' New Update Adds New Suit and Realistic Muscle Deformation
Insomniac Games are on a hot streak this week, giving a few of its titles some fantastic next-generation update. We had the 2016 Ratchet & Clank 60fps update yesterday, and no the studio has announced a new update for Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales.

Rolling out today, the Spider-Man: Miles Morales updates bring with it the Advanced Tech Suit o the game, various fixes, and muscle deformation with certain suits.

The realistic muscle deformation is especially nifty but is only available to the PlayStation 5 version. Insomniac fully simulated the character from the inside-out, using techniques that are commonly found in films. This tech allows for realistic deformation that you will see on the surface of the costume. This means that players will see a more realistic muscle and cloth simulation with the muscles moving inside the suit.
With Spider-Man: Miles Morales having sold over 4.1 million units in 2020, the game has become an instant hit for PlayStation. In comparison, Marvel's Spider-Man sold over 3.3 million units in three days, and has gone on to sell over 20 million units since its September 2018 launch.
Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales is available exclusively for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
