If I can give you some advice. Don’t worry about the time limit. It means nothing in the grand scheme of things. What you can do is, check which ending you want to get and make a hard save before it. Do your ending, reload and just take your time. The timer running out means almost nothing.

Even without doing that, there’s plenty of time in the game to do what you want.

UPDATE: Resident Evil 3 Remake is Reportedly in Active Development

UPDATE: Eurogamer has corroborated the claims with their own sources, who stated that the Resident Evil 3 remake is in development.

This year saw the release of one of the best remakes in video game history, Resident Evil 2. Capcom have been on a winning streak, not just in the Resident Evil franchise, but as a whole with their recent titles. It makes sense, given the huge critical and financial success of Resident Evil 2, that the developer would push forward with a remake of Resident Evil 3: Nemesis. Sources claim that this is indeed the case, as Capcom is in active development of remaking the third game.

According to YouTuber Spawn Wave, who has a track record for accurately reporting on previous leaks, Resident Evil 3: Nemesis is currently in active development over at Capcom, and will release in 2020. VGC also corroborates this claim with their own numerous sources who cited that the game is being developed. The RE Engine will once again be used to reimagine the game, with Nemesis returning as the central villain.

Spawn Wave then speculates when they plan to announce the game, and since Capcom is targeting a 2020 release window, he assumes it might be announced at The Game Awards in December. If Resident Evil 3 does release in 2020, it's also possible that it will release later in the year as early 2020 is too soon for such a big announcement. It then boils down to the game possibly releasing on next-gen consoles, though might be announced before E3 2020 during a State of Play. Until we have further confirmation from Capcom, though, take this with a grain of salt, but we have mostly trustworthy sources backing these claims to make it somewhat valid to consider.

This could be amazing, so long as they keep (and maybe expand) the RNG elements and ability to visit locations in different orders in the campaign. Was surprised they dialed back encounters between protagonists and the ability to affect the B-scenario in the Resi 2 remake.
