Project CARS 2 Mercedes Ice Training Featuring Nic Hamilton
Project CARS 2 is just a few days away and the highly anticipated sequel to the 2015 hit sim racer is due for a few upgrades. Not only will track racing feature heavily again, but the team at Slightly Mad have crossed the boundaries between disciplines and featured a brand new set for the series.
Of the many off-road tracks featured the beautiful Hermann Tilke-designed ice-track from Mercedes Benz will allow drivers to test their reflexes on the slippery surface just south of the Arctic Circle. The latest video from the team features Nic Hamilton (Brother of Lewis Hamilton) who has taken the lead as Handling Consultant for the game. Hamilton, who suffers from cerebral palsy, has raced competitively with a modified set up in the past but is now helping mold the experience for an entirely different group of drivers.
Check out the experience on ice, of which all 15 km of track will feature when the game releases this Friday.
