Check Out The Emotional A Plague Tale: Innocence Launch Trailer
Today is A Plague Tale: Innocence's official release, and as if the game doesn't set us up for an emotional journey already, the newly released launch trailer hits you in the feels.
Where the previous trailers namely, the overview trailer, uncut trailer, and accolades trailer focused on the gruesome world and its fierce inhabitants (both human and vermin), the launch trailer places the onus on the siblings and their status quo.
The launch trailer offers us quite a view of the game. We see soldiers executing what we assume are plague victims. Hugo and Amicia going through a number of different settings, ranging from towns, a cathedral, a swamp, as well as dungeons. The siblings are seen going through, not just physical hardship, but also some psychological strain throughout their journey.
The trailer ends with a frail voice instructing Amicia to protect him, referring to Hugo, her younger brother. Check out the complete launch trailer below.
