@KF firstly ID4 - Resurgence was terrible, you just can't argue otherwise
Secondly it bombed so badly that whatever fanfic it spawns will be all you'll get. Even with all the China pandering I don't think it made any money so a sequel is highly unlikely.

Man-Thing - Entertainingly gory. Man-Thing actually looked quite good.

Doctor Strange (2016).

The Legend of Tarzan
Good!
Not an origin story, but a little of it is shown in flashbacks.

The Bourne Legacy
Also good.
They should just have used Bourne, because all you hear is Bourne, Bourne, Bourne.

Jason Bourne - Terrible movie, really terrible. Cast was awful and the chase scenes were long and boring. Think they need to give it a rest for a bit, they running out of originality, movie barely had anything in it.

Doctor Strange - Another good movie by Marvel, I like that they finally bringing in cosmic entities.

Dr Strange - Amazing movie. The cinematography was outstanding. Benedict Cumberbatch is extremely versatile as an actor. Each time I see him act I can't imagine as any other character.

Finding Dory and Captain America: Civil War. Enjoyed both

Nice Guys - Pretty good.

War Dogs - Was pretty good, some funny moments, guys laugh is awesome.

War Dogs - Jonah Hill is so awful it's actually endearing. Interesting movie, had some funny moments. Quite a fascinating look at how the US operates with arms deals.

Kubo and the Two Strings

wow... what a great movie!
Still proof that Stop-Mo animators are the most dedicated....

Now to apply to Laika for work!

Dark Angel - Actually a two-part mini series. It's about Britain's first female serial killer. She was absolutely off her head. Interesting to watch

@Magius Yeah, that show was cool
The video game, not so much

I saw Dark Angel and was like: "Ah, the Dolph Lundgren alien drug dealer classic!"

Arrival.

@DG forgot about that one, loved it when it came out

@Magius

It's made the rounds on DSTV for a bit recently. Still cheesy fun. "I come in peace!"

Warcraft - a bit rubbish but still moderately entertaining. This year's John Carter.

Warcraft
Good movie, can't wait to see where the second one goes.

LOL - There probably won't be a sequel hence the John Carter reference. With a big plot 'what's going to happen next'.

Wiki says "grossed $433 million worldwide, surpassing Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time as the highest-grossing video game adaptation of all time, although it was still considered a financial disappointment."
Budget $160 million, box office $433.5 million.
Financial disappointment
