Seeing that Laufey "collectors edition" just made me laugh and solidify my decision to never spend money on any Sony first party game ever again.

@MrOde - yes it does and a beatiful one at that!!

Both the collector's and deluxe are worth grabbing - also helps the game is excellent

Hi @VectorTwoSix, the sales page for that shows releasing 15 October for all three consoles on my side, which is the official release.

Not sure if there are more shipping delays like other games recently.

Mr Right - great cast in Sam Rockwell, Tim Roth and Anna Kendrick. Some fun and funny moments, but it all just doesn't come together. The whole way the one character changes and basically becomes a sociopath is just weird. Ok if you are curious, but otherwise avoid

Independence Day Resurgence - Holy crap was this film stuck in the '90's. Pretty much same style of script re characterisation etc, but without the charm and charisma of Will Smith. Jeff Goldblum was definitely in need of a payday here as he was not the same quirky character he was in ID4 and JP. The new cast have ZERO charisma or acting skill.

Oh yeah and the pandering to the CHinese market to make sure they get one of the 27 annual slots for a release in the mainland was just Skip even on TV

Hardcore Henry…was really an experience. The entire movie was filmed in a first person view. I had to pause the movie about three times and go for a walk to orientate myself.

Independence Day 2 - Just what you would want in a sequel to a movie like this. Enjoyed it quite a bit, good action, some comedy and great scenes with the Aliens arriving and the battles. Great popcorn movie, they set up for a 3rd one nicely as well. Will be cool to see how they advance now.

It's a Boy Girl Thing – Silly body swap movie where two middle-class white kids spend the entire movie fighting over who's more privileged and then falling in love when they realise they're both brats.

She's Out of My League – Semi-hot girl cast as a supposedly "perfect" girl while her supporting actress (Krysten Ritter) overshadows her in both charisma and looks. TJ Miller is always hilarious.

Deadpool – Decided to watch this again away from all the hype. Still a very good movie. Deceives you into thinking it's more self-aware than it is, but still fun.

Now I need to wash all that off me with something decent.

The Huntsman: Winter's War - Bad. Also not sure why the leads had to have bad Scottish accents. Poor story retconning as well to make it fit in with the previous movie.

I watched 20 minutes and had to stop. The first one was ok and I mostly enjoyed it, but this was just so terrible to watch.

What We Do In The Shadows - This was really good. Its an independent film from New Zealand in documentary style about vampires. Seriously a lot of fun. It has a very silly sort of humour to it, but it was exactly what I was looking for. 8/10

The Fundamentals of Caring - There is nothing revolutionary or new in this film really. Its a pretty standard story, but even with all the cliches I found it very enjoyable. 7/10

Warcraft - Actually decent fantasy film, the orcs look good. Film suffers from cramming in too many characters and sub-plots, but still a fun US Summer film. reccomend it even if you never played any of the games.

Doom
Picked up the Blu Ray for R39.
Its still good, for a first try at a Doom movie anyway.
But having recently played the new game, the movie did feel a lot better.
If you played the new game, do yourself a favor, & watch it again

The Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 1
Having watched the others, I feel obligated to finish the series.
It was okay, not that I can remember much of what happened in the last movie.

Justice League vs Teen Titans
More Damian again
It was okay, I guess. This is just filler until Killing Joke comes out

Gods of Egypt - was OK in the end. The Egyptian Mythology was a nice change from Greek. I thought it was visually impressive but the dialogue

If you like Clash/Wrath of the Titans you will like this.

It is better than the Last Witch Hunter.

Decided to binge on the Barbershop Trilogy. First two are really fun comedies with some social commentary. Third one tries too hard to be relevant with the violence going on in Chicago at the moment. Was ok, but suffers from the changes to the cast.

If you like Hip Hop and slice of life stuff, recommend that you watch this.

The Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 2
Starts off directly after Part 1. Pretty much the same old stuff.
THEN, things start getting crazy just after the half way mark!
You see the ending coming a mile off. Then after that, the movie just draaaaaaws things out till the credits roll.
Over all, not bad.

The MOnster Squad - 1987 kids horror film where the classic Universal Monsters descend on small town USA to grab an amulet that will allow them to conquer the world. Cheesy SFX and wonky script that tries to be like Goonies. Fun film, but has aged horribly. ONly watch for the curiosity value.

Central Intelligence – What a waste…Just watch the trailer, it’s the best part of the movie…

Warcraft – Enjoy this movie…always been a fan…for me it was a good movie.

X-Men – Apocalypse …OK…this movie could have been and hour shorter…I could not get into this movie…everyone was wining the entire movie…The best part for me was when Weapon X got released…also just too much over the top destruction…

Project X – Completely slipped under my radar before. It wasn't the worst thing I've ever seen, some part were entertaining. But it's basically about a bunch of jerks having a jerk party and more jerks keep showing up and demolish a neighbourhood. Solid 2. Pun intended.

Kung Fu Panda 3 - Pretty good, some nice animation but not a fan of the villain design in this one, found it took away a bit from the movie.
