Assassin's Creed Valhalla Gameplay "Teaser" First Look on Xbox Series X
We may have expected something more, but this was just a gameplay teaser trailer for Assassin's Creed Valhalla. Spanning at a whopping 1 minute and 30 seconds, we have our first look at Assasin's Creed running on next-generation hardware, as debuted at the recent Inside Xbox digital event.

The game benefits from faster loading times on the Xbox Series X, as well as the visual upgrade you might expect with the leap to new hardware. Assassin's Creed Valhalla will support Smart Delivery, meaning you can play it on Xbox One and Xbox Series X without having to buy it again - something that was highlighted a lot in the Inside Xbox showcase, and definitely a strong attractive factor for the console.
One thing we cannot stray away from was the disappointing void we were left with. The game looks fantastic from the little they have shown, but many were hoping for, well, more. We will probably get more trailers and gameplay closer to the game's launch, but for the time being, we'll have to make do.
Sony are gearing up to showcase its upcoming PlayStation 5, which may have some gameplay trailers of its own. The excitement for next-generation is in full effect and it's up to the smartest marketing team to capatilise on that. Assassin's Creed Valhalla is definitely a good start, but we will have to see more before we are convinced.
