Ironic thing. There is going to be an album for GTA6. And it will be available on both CD and Vinyl.

So clearly it's about control for Sony and Rockstar, not wanting you to own games. But you can own a CD and Vinyl. Both are crappy companies. I really want to see Sony crash and burn so hard. But the way Sony is going, it might be sooner, rather than later.

Crossed

Photobucket

The story follows survivors dealing with a plague that causes its victims to carry out their most evil thoughts and wishes. Carriers of the virus are known as the Crossed due to a cross-like rash that appears on their faces. This contagion is primarily spread through bodily fluids, which the Crossed have used to great effect by treating their weapons with their fluids.

Just finished reading Batman:Battle for the cowl. Very cool, so when does bruce get back? what should I read next from BFTC?So Nightwing stays Batman?Cool.

Also just watched the All Star Superman DVD... Was so different. Does he really die?Or does he come back like Lois says?

Anyone know if AWX has the VOL2 Brightest Day HC?

@Cloudis, Battle for the Cowl finished awhile back and the Return of Bruce Wayne (I think that is the title of the arc/series) completed sometime ago as well. There was a site I used to use (www.thetplist.com or something along those lines) that would list all trade paperbacks out there. Very useful in tracking down older trades and seeing if certain trades ever came out. If that address doesn't work, just Google "The Trade Paperback List".

All Star Superman is based off of the Grant Morrison All Star Superman mini (12 issues I think, a damn good read so track it down. I am pretty sure, obviously, that it is an Elseworlds type book i.e. he didn't die, again, in the main DCU.

Brightest Day Vol. 02 HC is not out yet. Vol. 01 being pretty recent, I think it will take a while before volume 2 comes out. Give it at least a couple of months.

On another note.

Reading Fathom (Definitive Edition)

I've always been a Michael Turner's fan. But never had the chance to read his Fathom.
Really enjoying it, that's for sure! Such a pity M.Turner is gone.
Though, I'm a bit upset that in this edition, they have removed the crossovers (such as Fathom / Witchblade) to make it a "100% Fathom" edition. Still enjoyable, but doesn't feel quite... complete. Oh well.

@Satori they probably removed the cross-overs due to licensing issues. IIRC there was a bit of an issue between Turner and Top Cow as to the ownership of Fathom a little while back in that TC was claiming ownership of either Fathom or the stories etc that TC published. It all got sorted out eventually, but the bad blood from that and the extra cost to license the stories and the TC characters was probably too much.

@Magius.
Well Fathom and Witchblade were both Top Cows. Until Fathom moved over to Aspen. Although, they do specify at the beginning of the trade that they purposely wanted a Fathom only graphic novel. All cross overs have been removed (even from Aspen to Aspen). the story still follows, but I just think it's a bummer that not only they've been removed. But that, as you said, there is indeed licensing issues surely happening here and there. Which, in my opinion, makes the Fathom graphic novel still feel rather incomplete. :\
But nothing that we can do about.

Let me rephrase. ;P
Give it time to arrive here. We don't receive it as fast as they do.
Specially with Customs being quite an irritation as well.
Personally speaking, even though I read the singles, I wouldn't mind getting my hands on BD vol.02 (HC).
If I can get myself that green lantern Book-ends. Some Blackest night / Brightest day Hard covers would look bloody nice.

Have started reading Spiderman: The Other storyline. Ithink this is the infamous one where Spidey gives birth to himself through his own ass, lol. Not sure yet, but have to say the first couple of issues are very good and well written.

Yeah, I must admit, Fathom is one of my favorite indie comic book.
Probably my #1 Favorite actually just because of M.Turner. ;P

Comm skills !disappoint

Been reading:

Ultimate Comics X 001 - Pretty cool so far. Its about Wolverines son in the Ultimate universe and begins some years after Wolverine has died.

X-23 001 - Very cool, putting this onto my must read list.

Peter Parker 001 - It was ok. It's Spider-man and a tale we've seen quite a few times already.

Power Girl 001 - Been reading Power Girl sporadically for awhile now. Its actually a very good series mostly cause its a little more light hearted than everything else out at the moment.

Amazing Spider-Girl 000 - Just a preview/recap retelling issue.

To everyone's surprise (well, the ones who know what I mean by that), I'm busy reading Wolverine Origin Premiere (HC) .

Me who's not much of a Marvel girl. I'm surprisingly really enjoying that issue!
Like really really!
Completely not what I was expecting, and that's a good thing!
If you haven't read it yet, Marvel person or not. It's one of those hardcover worth getting!
(Epic cover as well imo. )

Read a day or so ago A Second Chance at Sarah

Its about a guy who makes a deal with a demon to save his wife from making a similiar deal in her teens. A very good book actually, with some lovely artwork.

You forgot to mention that she did that deal in her teens that resulted as her being in a coma/near death in her future. (Don't wanna say anymore in case of spoilers. ;P )

Read: I Kill Giants

Barbara Thorson, a D&D geek girl fighting monsters, both real and imaginary, and face her greatest fears.
Her sarcasm is brilliant. Full of humour, eccentricity, and an inspiring moral. With few "hidden" lessons and metaphors within the story.

finished reading: The Unwritten Vol. 01: Tommy Taylor and the Bogus Identity (TP)

Tom Taylor's life was screwed from the word go. His father created the mega-popular Tommy Taylor boy-wizard fantasy novels. But dad modeled the fictional epic so closely to Tom that fans constantly compare him to his counterpart, turning him into a lame, Z-level celebrity.

When a scandal hints that Tom might really be the boy-wizard made flesh, Tom comes into contact with a mysterious, deadly group that's secretly kept tabs on him all his life. Now, to protect his life and discover the truth behind his origins, Tom will travel the world, to all the places in world history where fictions have shaped reality.

Really enjoyed it! Now busy reading Vol.02:
Inside Man
