Another key is found, and you learn more about the main antagonist Dodge.
Seriously, if this isn't on your shelf, you are missing out.
Black Hole by Charles Burns
A one shot story, it wasn't bad but I couldn't help but be somewhat disappointed. Throughout the book I just couldn't help thinking of Uzumaki though, which dulled the experience a bit. Good overall story and strong ending at least.

Found Hitman issue 1!!! 2 & 3 also came with it!!
Get your paws on Hitman dude, one of the best series out there and Ennis got a chance to finish it his way, very rare.
reading IDW's Sherlock Year One, very good book, better than I expected.

This thing is HUGE!! It has all the Kiss comics i think, in this one collection!! Done by the McFarlane guys! So its got that Spawn look to it!!
Saw it at a book store for R500. Still thinking about it, R500 it pretty damn good imo!

Locke & Key 3: Crown of Shadows
MOAR keys! Plus you find out MOAR about Dodge (really can't say anything without spoiling it), and some other amazing stuff happens at Keyhouse.
And then they find something at the end that made my hair stand on end.
It's thrilling, the dialog is sharp, I love every character, and the art still amazes O_O

Locke & Key 4: Keys to the Kingdom
Holy $&*! Dodge! Bode! So many more keys! It's torture waiting for the final volume T_T

Loooooooved this. Peter interacting with Miles was fantastic. The moments between Peter and his Ultimate family were magnificent. Dialog was great with chuckles aplenty.
Amazing art, Sarah Pichelli is definitely one of the best artists working today.
Great book overall. About my only complaint is that the way Peter travels between worlds is used solely as a throwaway plot device (along with one possible mistake that I need to double check), and they leave some blatant cliffhangers for a possible (likely?) sequel.

I just finished reading chapter 10. This is just so good. When I can get the actual physical copies of this, I'm buying it on the spot.

Preacher vol 1.
Been sitting on my shelf for ages, so decided to get into it this week. Not bad, compelling characters for the moment, and the story is certainly great fun to get into. You definitely get a sense that it's a bit dated, what with the level of profanity and adult content that it deals with, not that it feels gratuitous, but it just loses some of its impact since, while ground breaking in 1995, today it just feels run-of-the-mill.
I'm a huge fan of Ennis, and I definitely consider it required reading for any comic book fan.
Animal Man vol 1 New 52
Loved this quite a bit. I've never read any Animal Man so this was my first foray into it. Got it after hearing such great reviews (same reason why I picked up the Morrison run omni), and glad to report that it is fantastic.
Focuses more on the horror aspect than on the family dynamic at the start, skipping any sort of character building and just getting straight into the action which does feel a little jarring, but the story grabs you by the neck and the art keeps you hooked to each page.
I really can't say enough about the art, best way I can think of describing it is nightmarish. Love it.
ASM: BND vol 1
I quite enjoyed this, it definitely feels like the start of a more natural Spidey story than JMS' run (even though I liked the totem arc and certain elements in it). Art isn't bad though I can't stand how certain artists draw such pronounced lips on characters, just a pet peeve.
It's Spider-Man, by default I'll enjoy it
