Ironic thing. There is going to be an album for GTA6. And it will be available on both CD and Vinyl.

So clearly it's about control for Sony and Rockstar, not wanting you to own games. But you can own a CD and Vinyl. Both are crappy companies. I really want to see Sony crash and burn so hard. But the way Sony is going, it might be sooner, rather than later.

Just got to the 2nd Act of Dragon Age 2 -

Not sure quite how I feel about the game.Faster, more action packed, streamlined abilities and tactics but the story seems weak and while the graphics are an improvement, the environments just don't seem very inspired (even tho Dragon Age stuck to cliches). The final part of Act 1 is a trip to the Deep Roads which had nothing on your experiences in the first game. I'm enjoying it for what it is but it's only a sequel to Dragon Age Origins in the sense it shares the same name and setting while gameplay seems radically different.

MvC3 - 4got how to play online, its been too long T_T
still managed to get a rake in quite a few wins though but all the time i spent in training mode is useless becuz the lag is so bad can't combo

not too bummed as offline mode is more important i guess...and my zero is still the best...

Hard Corps Uprising - One of the best games on PSN. would be the best if Noel or Dizzy became DLC. Would lile the DLC too keep coming for this.

MvC3 - do not used too playing with the stick, cant shoryuken for[censored]

Going to take alot of time too get used to doing inputs with it again.

Stick is way more senitive aswell.

Super Street Fighter IV - Put this in again to try on here, find it easier to do input correctly in SF outside of training mode, probably because its not so crazy lol

Tomba (Tombi) - Playing it with the stick aswell for shits and giggles, works quite nicely

Hardcorps Uprising - Lol at @ the Sol bad guy wanabee, holy crap this game is awesome, dunno why arcsys have to make all their games so hard though. reminds of the old gunstar super heroes games, like contra/metal slug but with awesome soundtrack + animu. all it needs is some GG bgm's and its perfect, also downloaded the sayuri DLC but will wait til i can figure out the controls b4 i use her
can't wait for moondiver as well.

DA2 - Not bad, maps are definitely smaller. The more intimate, less grand story is a plus and a minus. Plus, because you feel more invested in your character and the life they lead and are trying to create. Less, becuase that sense of scope and impact on the world is gone.

Still not happy with the lack of an isometric view and the simpler inventory, but the story is engaging enough. For me a definite step backwards from DA:O

Also have you noticed how many of the dungeons in the first act are the same. The cave with the Apostate Mages is the same as the cave of the Tal Vashoth and that map is shared in a couple of other places as well. All Bioware did was change the doors, they didn't even change the furniture and other detritus lying around. This game seems to have been thrown together in the year or so between the release of DA:O and now. I am starting to get pretty disappointed in this game.

@Magius,

I hear you. According to the wikia site I'm on the last part of Act 2 (had two long weekends so I've been playing like crazy). Not sure where you've got to but that map around Kirkwall is it, no grand sense of adventure and you'll be revisiting the same places again but +3 years each time which you wouldn't know if they didn;t tell you. You'll see repeats of the same maps again with half your side quests being of the "you found item -> take to owner -> get one gold" variety. I do enjoy the companion quests which are much more involved and contribute to the plot.

Some parts of the combat have seemed a more frantich than DA:O but that could just be because they throw larger numbers out. For a whileI though it reminded me of something I'dplayed and it finally dawned on me it starts to feel like Fable in places which for me is no good thing.

Although the fact that the story has no clear goal keeps you going back to see what the hell it's meant to be. It's a decent game with a nice dialog system and more "action-rpg" type combat but I see why it's got so many negatice player reviews in Metacritic. Fun enough but not because it'sbuilding on what DA"O started.

Hard Corps Uprising - Busy leveling up Krystal and Sayuri, Krystal is damn hard to start out with on Rising mode but not nearly as hard as playing Leviathan. Love how every character in the game feels so different, makes you want to play each one. Some weird weapons in the game though and loving the boss fights.

MvC3 - Trying out my new team of Jill/Morrigan/Phoenix trying to get to grips with Jill she is so fast especially with her level 3 and X-Factor. Enjoy playing her as she doesn't really have a need for meter which is good for getting Phoenix out.

@Lurch I am still very much at the beginning, I only started yesterday. I am about to start the Deep Roads quest. This game just isn't a Bioware game IMO. Story isn't grand enough and the combat has very little tactical depth. For the most part I find myself rightclicking on enemies to attack and tapping the number buttons to activate an ability etc. I find that I am quite disconnected from combat. For a game like ME and ME2 this action system works as you are running and gunning, but for a sword and sorcery game I find it very remote.

With Baldur's Gate you had a very intimate personal journey coupled to a game with a grand scope, been an avatar and all that. This game's writing just lacks that grand scope. If they had made you feel a part of DA:O's story in more ways than a passing reference to the that game and the Blight this would've been better. The hint of a larger story, the Champion, is what keeps me going, but so far it seems like a prologue to DA3 rather than a full game.

Still no excuse for reusing the same damn maps though!
