First off, the folders work perfectly!
2: I'm not 100% on board with the "what's new" look. There is way too much emphasis on 1 friend at a time.
3: I'm very disappointed that you can't read read or send messages from the quick menu.

I have no idea. Only criminal act that I can think of is that the console was possibly stolen from a warehouse/retailer and illegally sold. So the seller could be in trouble as well as the buyer for receiving stolen goods. The legal implications for the website, no idea.

Yes because these are guys are huge Sony fanboys, they make it well known that they are in Sony's corner. So yes when you lose one of your biggest advocates with a huge fanbase, you have done something not quite right.

Please. They had a huge bias against Sony and the Pro going into this meeting.
Them loving the event would have been the big surprise.
Then hating it is just an expected yawn.
