Scary Movie 3 - Forgot how funny this actually is.

Charge of the Light Brigade (1968) - one hour of romance and class struggles before arriving in Crimea. No charge of the Heavy Brigade and no Thin Red Line. Wasted opportunity as the extras were the Turkish Army's cavalry which they still had in the 1960s!

At Close Range - still a magnificent film. Walken and Penn are something to behold.

Rampage - complete tosh but hugely entertaining.

Hour of the Gun - decent Western.

Kung Fu Panda - fun

Free Fire - OK. Copley had fun.

Carriers - surprisingly decent end of the world film. Pleasantly surprised for once.

Blade Runner 2049 - Loved the visuals and the story but they just took way to long to get to the point

Split
Finally got to watch this, & it was pretty damn good.
Right at the end of the movie you see it tie into Unbreakable.
Can't wait for Glass!

District 13
French movie, with terrible english dub.
But damn good action!

Brick Mansions
This is the american remake of District 13.
With Paul Walker, his official final movie. RZA, no comment & one of the leads in the original replaying the same character in the remake.
This movie is pretty much scene for scene the original, just with a bigger budget. Originals better though.

Kimi No Na Wa - Haven't watched any anime in such a long time but this was just so lovely Loved the art in it, the cityscapes of Tokyo are so well done. Story was cute too.

Avengers: Infinity war. Excellent movie,
I have a question though... Maybe very minor spoiler?

When person goes to get the yellow stole... is the dude in the cloak Red Skull? If so, what is he doing there? I can't remember what happened to him in Captain America

Yes, it was the Red Skull.

At the end of the first Cap movie, the Tesseract opened a portal into the void of space and the Red Skull was sucked into it

Avengers Infinity War - Nice to watch it in the comfort of my own home. Cinema's need to die and movies should just release straight to our homes.

More like certain types of moviegoers need to die so the rest of us can actually enjoy the experience. I like going to the movies myself, though I choose my times so that I'm usually alone in a theatre or there's maybe three other people.

Mission Impossible: Fallout - Could have done with some trimming, but otherwise another entertaining installment. Some gorgeous location shots though.

I agree DG, for instance going to movies any time during school holidays... *shudders* youths...

Have not been to a theater for ages. Cannot bring myself to go through the effort (dressing up, driving there, waiting through endless adverts and previews that I already saw) or the cost (tickets, petrol, freekin popcorn) when I can chillax at home for minimal cost in my wolf onesie.
The last theater I was in was a borderline biohazard anyway.
Also, people suck and should be avoided like the unwashed heathens they are. Change my mind.

Wish Upon.

Across The Universe

Still love this movie, after more viewings than I can count

Underworld (first movie)

Still the best out of all of them.

Avengers Infinity War
Awesome movie, straight into the action!
Didn't go down at all like I thought it would.
Don't know how they are gana come back from this? Some theories say this was all a dream/premonition of things to come. & the next movie will see the Avengers going back in time to stop Thanos from getting any of the stones.
That would be kind of a jip though.

Avengers Infinity War (4 times this weekend, now seen it 7 times)…where do I start…still an amazing movie, watched the HDdigital version…

So much theories circling, so much questions…best is to wait and see… I just got one question…did Strange give Thanos the real Time stone? Why did the gauntlet melt after the snap of his fingers. That was never meant happen, unless one of the stone was fake….

Deadpool 2, eish… I did not enjoy it. Hoped the second time will do it justice The jokes felt forced and not funny at all. The fight scenes were water downed compared to the first one and they chucked the Marvel mythos out of the window with Juggie. The end credit scenes were good.

Ghost in a Shell (live version) was well made, was basically watching a live version of the original movie.

Star Wars The Last Jedi…the alternative ending…bit of a difference with the Kylo Ren / “Luke Skywalker” fight. Also the Resistance did not follow the glass fox out of the complex, but got lead by Fin who was in a mental link with Ray…

Finally got around to Annihilation

Stunning visuals (though CG creatures looked rough at times) and an intriguing plot but it felt like they switched directors several times through filming and couldn't decided on whether it was a sci-fi with horror elements, a character-drama, or an elaborate metaphor. Worth a watch if you've got a Netflix subscription.

Man on Fire - still Denzil's finest.

"Forgiveness is between them and God. It's my job to arrange the meeting."
"Okay, my friend. It's off to the next life for you. I guarantee you, you won't be lonely. "

Bridesmaids - still a fun film

Rumble Fish - bit disappointing, great visual style though.

Night of the Hunter - I can see why this is a classic. Southern Gothic inspiration for QT and David Lynch among others

Wind River - written (and directed) by writer of Sicario 1&2 and Hell or High Water so predictably [censored] awesome.

Office Space for what must be the 10th time!
