Thor Ragnarok - Thoroughly enjoyed it, was so silly, made me laugh. And those 5 mins with Dr Strange !love

^^^ I agree... notice the movie is now officially available for digital download…

Wastelander - it’s a low budget, unknown actors, super bad special effects and props, however this movie is so Fallout New Vegas. Even the armour of the main villain represent Power Armour found in the game.

The Shape of Water… This is the most boring, crappiest movie I ever seen…can’t believe it’s up for an entire wheelbarrow of OSCARs.

Got a good idea for a storyline, however, horror and art movies don’t work…

Rodan.

Murder On The Orient Express (2017) - A great attempt at lavish old school movie making only spoiled by the clearly digital environments.

Bright – brilliant idea executed badly… the movie had so much potential that was wasted.
Maybe if the give a bit more background about the Elf Orc war the movie would make more sense.

The Elves kept the culture, why did the Orcs “Westernise”… would be cooler id the Orcs were still in their leathers and furs…

And was all that swearing really necessary?

What Dreams May Come
One of my top 3 Robin Williams's movies.

Fifty Shades of Grey
Boring, & the writing lol & the most abrupt ending I have ever seen

American Made, was impressed with this movie, did not know the movie or expected very much from it, since Tom Cruise is not one of my favored actors.

Was a really good movie, scary how the agencies in the US operates and use and abuse people…

Just one question about the movie and may be a major spoiler for people who did not seen it yet –

Highlight this section

Who killed Billy at the end of the movie? Was it the drug lords? Or was it one of the agencies to get him to shut up…
I don’t think it would have been the drug lords…they wanted him to know they coming after him…I think more it was the government.

The new Blade Runner … was really a weird movie…had nothing the do with athletics… haha….sorry…

Anyway the move was good, however, could have been an hour shorter…Was a nice “sequel” to the classic…you understood this movie without even seeing or remembering the original movie.
Just wish they had a bit more of the Human Replicant war.

Murder on the Orient Express…I can understand why some people may go crazy about the movie…however, I found it very boring.

Hmm grey background?

My background is white not gray....

The Cloverfield Paradox - It was ok. Could have been a great ship horror like Event Horizon though.

Hellraiser: Judgment - Why do they keep doing this??

Welcome To Willits.

Accident Man - Pretty entertaining.

Ex Machina - excellent.

Southland Tales
Could not tell you what was going on in this movie.
But you watch it because its the same guy who did Donnie Darko. & theres a lot of familiar names in the cast.

IT 2017
Not better or worse then the original, it was on par.
The new Pennywise is a 100 times more freaky! & all the kids did a great job. Only recognize the one from Stranger Things.
Interested to see who they will cast as the adults in Chapter 2.

The Matrix Trilogy
Have not upgraded to Blu Ray for these movies yet.
From what I have seen & read, the current & only Blu Ray Matrix set is not that great. Will wait for them to do a new Blu Ray Matrix anniversary set at some point.
As for the movies, the first is still the best. The second is good & the third has great action scenes, but too much talking.

Went to special screening of Black Panther yesterday, thanks to my buddy who works for Disney…

The movie was really great, good story, decent characters and a decent villain, you almost end up rooting for him.
The effects were amazing and seeing Africa portrait in a positive way was a breath of fresh air.

However, it did not feel like a Marvel movie … the movie does not have that Marvel look we got used to…it’s hard to explain, it was just so overwhelming….

And the end credits…. nothing what I expected it to be about…enough said….just go see the movie this weekend…

Cold Skin.

Girl, Interrupted. One of those movies I always wanted to watch and never got around to it until last night. It was ok, not sure what the fuss was all about. Angelina Jolie's performance was of course, brilliant.

I finally watched get out and ja very good, not scary just freaky . also watched split recently and ja very good too.

Shadow of the Vampire
Staring Willem Dafoe & John Malkovich. Produced by Nicolas Cage.
Wiki "The film is a fictionalized account of the making of the classic vampire film Nosferatu".
Not bad.

True Romance
Written by Tarantino, with a long list of recognizable names.
Don't let the name fool you, its a full on Tarantino movie!
Pretty good.

Space Station 76
That was bad

Black Panther - was a good movie, really enjoyed it
