Pretty good, don't know why the South Africans are always the bad guys lol.
one thing though I was totally blown away and so proud to be a African, the shots of the hills and vast reaches of our land were amazing till we got to wakanda and it was just like America, all built up and full of high Tech, I know its part of the movie but I felt it removed me from Africa and put me in Hollywood.

Thor Ragnarok
Now thats a Thor movie. Didn't like the first two, but I'm not a big Thor fan.
Also like how they tied a bit of Planet Hulk in there.

The first one is still the best, very dark.

The third one is better then the second. Nice twist at the end.

The Shape of Water - It was good, not astoundingly so, but it was unique and looked really lovely as well. Nice to have something that wasn't a remake or a sequel.

Looked okay, people saying good things & its got Michael Keaton. So gave it a watch, & it turned out pretty good.

Highlander Blu Ray 30th Anniversary Edition
Not gana lie, bit disappointed in the blu ray.
The picture & sound are only a tad better then the dvd. & the bonus features are not that great.
Still a great movie though

Star Wars the Last Jedi, fourth time in digital HD – Only two of the non-droids’ characters left from the original trilogy - Chewbacca…So Leila don’t die in the second movie, and she was not written out the story after her death. The ending of the movie, the boy with the broom got such a Phantom Menace feel to it

Annihilation, not what I expected, actual a very boring movie and the ending make no sense, even though I understood it…Don’t want to elaborate due to spoilers…

Happy Death Day - Pretty entertaining.

The Ritual - Pretty good. Nice monster design and mythology.

Battlestar Galactica: The Plan - shows the events from beginning of the series from the Cylon point of view. Pretty good but not essential.

Jumanji - was a good movie, enjoyed it…reminded me a bit of Far Cry 2.

Mute – A Bladerunner style movie staring Alexander Skarsgård,, this movie got an awesome twist…a strict Amish caught up in a technology driven future…was a very good indie movie.

Batman – Gotham by Gaslight – absolute crap…I am starting to understand why Warner wants to sell of DC…I the past. DC animated movies was good, however, the last few movies were shockingly bad.

Wonder – really good and inspirational movie…WOW!

The Theory of Everything - magnificent performance from the leads.
