Justice League…second time around… When I went to see the movie the first time around, being very negative and pro Marvel and I was finding fault with the movie…
So I watched the movie again, and second time around it was not so bad…
This is what I thought second time around –
Aquaman was awesome, real bad a$$, I enjoyed the character, he was a huge improvement from the comic book character.
Batman was funny at times.
However, the movie felt rushed…after seeing it the first time I read up a lot about the movies and I agree that one of the most important scenes were left out in the movie… Superman’s encounter with Darkseid

Talking of Superman, the resurrected version was a more happier likeable version of our favoured common Alien
Flash was a huge disappointment for me, they tried to much to make him funny…also I got the idea they based him on Paul Rudd’s Ant Man, they even had the same type of joke in the movie as in Civil War when Ant Man meets Cap for the first time…
So what I learned from seeing the movie a second time around…when watching a DC movie…have a few drinks before the movie and the movie will make sense and not be so bad…

Not bad. Very steamy though
Dunkirk
Went in expecting Saving Private Ryan, got something totally different.
It wasn't bad, nice & realistic. But no real narrative, just jumping between three random groups. Bit disappointing to be honest.

The problem with the Bright mythology is that it makes no sense. This is a world that was brought to the brink two millennia ago by an evil elf and the orcs but the modern world is simply our world with funny looking people. Everything is what you would see in modern day LA or even Jo'burg just with a surface representation of fantasy creatures. History seemed to play out in this world as much as it did in ours that makes no sense really.
Shadowrun did it better by basically saying that the fantasy creatures were basic humans "mutated" by magic, that made more sense in that the world was pretty much normal.

I like the idea that the 9 races (Elves, humans, orcs and centaurs shown) have lived together for 2,000 years (not hidden away). Magic is outlawed and most think it is only a fairy tale. I don't see why technology would not have evolved the same.
Dragons though ... do they eat people, do they crap from high altitude, do they crash into airliners ...
