Great news Guys - Managed to secure an even better price for you guys on the Order: 1886 Collector's and standard editions - check it out here: http://bit.ly/AWXTheOrder1886

Wow - the Collector's edition is now nearly R500 cheaper ...

@Tea they do, find them lazy design choices. I hate the Quantic Dream games. Telltale's games I dig as they are built as adventure games, the design there is the natural evolution of the old point and click adventure game. That and those games are not priced at AAA levels...

@ Magius - Haha ok, in contrast to you I love Quantic dream games and feel that that is the natural evolution of the point and click, much like the telltale games is a part of that too. Telltale games are also produced episodically and I'm sure at a much lower production cost so I think the pricing is relative.

The Order really does look AAA, especially the tech, so really I'm most excited to see the finished product

But like you say, it may not appeal to everyone looking for a more straight forward action shootery game but like Scottie says, at R 799 pricing is still great for a high production cost AAA game though

@Tea The game looks amazing, that is why I am on the fence and the shooter parts look to be quite decent. I'll wait for reviews and see

Super Bowl TV ad - short and sweet. Sony spending the $$$ to air this during that time slot.

I dont think this was shown at the superbowl. Its a regular tv ad that has been showing before Superbowl day.

but its pretty awesome nonetheless.

anyone been following the Adventure game they have set up?

@Sinncross - Only bits and pieces on facebook - Its pretty cool, expecially them creating a "real world" historical find of "the Order"

Agreed. Its fun to check through some of the stuff ppl have found etc.I havent been following it too closely either. Bits and pieces like you.

Some of the new footage looks really good. But of course will have to see how the main game comes together to see if it will be worthwhile. It looks it at least.

Unboxing of Collector's Edition with statute. At least you get to see the stickers, which we do get

Steel case is nice, so is the statue. But its nothing special.

I'm quite happy with the collector's we got here because it is only R150 more than the normal edition! Tat >>> Price difference for once.

Statue looks good but in a brand new IP, I never understand statues of main characters who haven't been established yet (Watch_Dogs also did this). Something visually interesting like a monster would make sense (such as the Lycan's from the trailers). Bioshock Infinite had the 'Songbird' statue but that was both an interesting design and the franchise was well established.

Something like the Geralt/Griffin statue in The Witcher 3 makes sense as both Geralt and the monsters of the gameworld have been well established.

I would prefer mechanical things e.g. the loader I got for Red Faction Guerrilla, The Dodge Challenger for Driver SF etc..

Man I wish someone would do a space ship model collector's edition. Halo 5 UNSC Infinity

Case in point zero interest in Batman statue, massive interest in Batmobile model for Arkham Knight.

So for this game one of them airships would have been cool.

@Sinn- The theme only goes live from the 17th but you unlock it with that Mini game
