I don't think Grievous was force sensitive in canon, he was able to use a light sabre.
Bottomline anyone can use a lightsabre but wouldn't stand a chance against a Sith/Jedi/Super-Cyborg whatever or even Joe with a blaster.
There are force sensitive people/races of varying degrees - not all could be trained as Jedi/Sith.
There were Jedi/Sith who were uber-force sensitive and were trained.

Kinda strange that we are getting it before the US, but no complaints from me
Happens often now. I think its because they time US releases for their major holidays and are doing the same around the world now. We fall under the UK so we get the films the same time as them. We got Age of Ultron one week before the US.
Correction, we are getting it 1 day BEFORE the UK. They only get it on Dec 17.
