Picked up the Collectors Edition of Phantom Blade 0 from China. It doesn't come with the game though so also really keen to get the disc from you guys if are importing it. Game gives me Bujingai/Blood Will Tell vibes. The statue in the CE is stunning so I couldn't resist lol

@vector - we are investigating a courier solution for customers that order frequently. We unfortuanetly are a smaller indepedent company and as such we cant always amortise costs like the larger guys. Working on it though

If you haven't tried it, Mortal Shell 2 has an open beta you can download and try. I liked it a lot as well

Beast Of Reincarnation is very easy. I'm playing on hard mode and honestly, that feels more like normal to me. Normal and Story mode are laughably easy. Even a person in a vegetative state will be able to play it on those modes.

But I think even if you play on the lower difficulties, the combat and the world traversal is still awesome.

I suck at soul games so leaning more towards Beast of Reincarnation which I heard is more forgiving....

I think the 1st area of Best Of Reincarnation ruins the opening of the game. It's rather dull and seems generic. But at the end of the first chapter and some story things happen, then the game actually gets going. And the later areas are actually quite nice.

I like the combat as well and the traversal mechanics are awesome as well. Just like in Sekiro

Silent Hill Trademark Renewed by Konami

It's been a while since we've heard anything regarding the acclaimed Silent Hill franchise from Konami. Ever since Hideo Kojima's vision for a new Silent Hill game first emerged with Silent Hills (which was infamously cancelled due to a falling out with the developer), Konami has been hush-hush about their plans for the series. Sadly, it did succumb to Konami's unfortunate decision to turn it into a pachinko machine gambling game, though it did little to instill faith in the fan base. Now, it seems like Konami has renewed its trademark for the series, suggesting that they might be working on a new title.

Of course, this is just speculation and guesswork on our part. The renewal was filed on July 26th this year (according to the Government of Canada), though the license would've expired on December 6th. It might just be a case of Konami keeping the rights to the Silent Hill IP and not having anything planned for the franchise anymore, but it would be wiser to double down on developing a new game if the company wishes to get in the good books of gamers again.

It's no secret that they've hit plenty of roadblocks as of late. With the cancellation of Silent Hills - a move that enraged the gaming community and the series' fans - and the departure with Kojima, leaving the Metal Gear franchise to meet a grisly fate with the maligned Metal Gear Survive, they haven't exactly upheld respect in the gaming industry. A revival of the long-dormant Silent Hill IP might be the best route to take at this point, though a re-release or remaster of the older titles might also earn back some trust with its fans. The sad reality is that the renewal might ultimately mean nothing in the end, as Konami seems to want to hold onto the IP for as long as they can without really doing anything with it. We can only hope that they will have a change of heart, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Maybe, if we are truly unlucky, Konami will treat us to Silent Hills: Survive. Anyone remember the blockbuster called Metal Gear: Survive?

I would love a new Silent Hill game, made by the original team, but let's be honest...they're just renewing the trademark so that nobody else can come in, take the IP from them, and make more Silent Hill games that aren't from Konami.
