Picked up the Collectors Edition of Phantom Blade 0 from China. It doesn't come with the game though so also really keen to get the disc from you guys if are importing it. Game gives me Bujingai/Blood Will Tell vibes. The statue in the CE is stunning so I couldn't resist lol

@vector - we are investigating a courier solution for customers that order frequently. We unfortuanetly are a smaller indepedent company and as such we cant always amortise costs like the larger guys. Working on it though

If you haven't tried it, Mortal Shell 2 has an open beta you can download and try. I liked it a lot as well

Beast Of Reincarnation is very easy. I'm playing on hard mode and honestly, that feels more like normal to me. Normal and Story mode are laughably easy. Even a person in a vegetative state will be able to play it on those modes.

But I think even if you play on the lower difficulties, the combat and the world traversal is still awesome.

I suck at soul games so leaning more towards Beast of Reincarnation which I heard is more forgiving....

I think the 1st area of Best Of Reincarnation ruins the opening of the game. It's rather dull and seems generic. But at the end of the first chapter and some story things happen, then the game actually gets going. And the later areas are actually quite nice.

I like the combat as well and the traversal mechanics are awesome as well. Just like in Sekiro

Pokemon TCG Pocket Has Lost Nearly Half its Player Base

Last week, Pokemon TCG Pocket developer DeNA released its latest financial earnings alongside Nintendo’s revelation that it made $300 million profits from tariff refunds in the US (and no, it’s not paying customers back). Unfortunately, DeNA’s latest report on its popular mobile game has revealed that it’s now lost nearly half of its player base.

When Pokemon TCG Pocket first launched, it quickly gained momentum to become one of the most downloaded games on mobile. Players got addicted to the game’s loop of opening card packs in pursuit of the shiniest and rarest digital cards, which could then be used to compete online against other players in battles or traded with friends. Sadly, that shine has worn off. The latest financial report reveals that Pokemon TCG Pocket’s player base has dropped by 41% compared to this same time frame last year.

There are several reasons behind the player drop-off for Pokemon TCG Pocket and many of them were never addressed. For example, players are still complaining about the very low rates of opening packs containing special cards. In my personal experience, there was a very slim chance of getting an EX card or a shiny with frequent pack openings. The success rates were incredibly low – I’d argue even lower than opening real packs – and you can’t blame players for getting frustrated over time.

You can open ten packs in a row and never get a single rare card (yes, this has happened to me too. Thanks for all the doubles and triples, DeNA). It’s only gotten worse over two years, with pull rates becoming noticeably slower for returning players. Apart from minor tweaks in updates, DeNA has never been transparent about how it’s adjusted pull rates and that’s problematic for players who just wanted the thrill of pulling good cards without resorting to its stupidly convoluted trading system.

The mobile game’s rotation of special events like last September’s Deluxe Pack was welcomed and it helped to bring players back for a time but it wasn’t enough to hold their attention. Since then, numerous new packs have failed to retain player interest.
