Picked up the Collectors Edition of Phantom Blade 0 from China. It doesn't come with the game though so also really keen to get the disc from you guys if are importing it. Game gives me Bujingai/Blood Will Tell vibes. The statue in the CE is stunning so I couldn't resist lol

@vector - we are investigating a courier solution for customers that order frequently. We unfortuanetly are a smaller indepedent company and as such we cant always amortise costs like the larger guys. Working on it though

If you haven't tried it, Mortal Shell 2 has an open beta you can download and try. I liked it a lot as well

Beast Of Reincarnation is very easy. I'm playing on hard mode and honestly, that feels more like normal to me. Normal and Story mode are laughably easy. Even a person in a vegetative state will be able to play it on those modes.

But I think even if you play on the lower difficulties, the combat and the world traversal is still awesome.

This conversation below is interesting, I dont know whether I should now go for Mortal Shell 2 which is showing some potential here or Beast of Reincarnation

I suck at soul games so leaning more towards Beast of Reincarnation which I heard is more forgiving....

I think the 1st area of Best Of Reincarnation ruins the opening of the game. It's rather dull and seems generic. But at the end of the first chapter and some story things happen, then the game actually gets going. And the later areas are actually quite nice.

I like the combat as well and the traversal mechanics are awesome as well. Just like in Sekiro

Mortal Kombat Director May Not Return For Third Movie

Now that the second Mortal Kombat movie has released and hit digital, fans are looking towards a third movie to round off this trilogy adaptation of NetherRealm’s popular bloody fighting games. Unfortunately, Simon McQuoid, who directed both movies, says he’s unsure if he will return to direct a third potential movie.

Speaking to The Wrap in a recent interview, McQuoid revealed that he was still uncertain about whether he’d return to direct Mortal Kombat 3 or not. “I think it’s still going through its life cycle,” said McQuoid regarding his return for a third movie. “So, I don’t know yet. I’m not sure.”

Back in New York Comic-Con 2025, screenwriter Jeremy Slater revealed (via Deadline) that he was planning a third Mortal Kombat film already. Warner Bros. was apparently quite pleased with Mortal Kombat 2 and were ready, even back then, to give the greenlight on a third outing. Mortal Kombat 2 released earlier this year to better reviews than the first movie. On a budget of $80 million, it made $129 million at the worldwide box office, which might just be enough for Warner Bros. to consider a follow-up.

The plot synopsis for Mortal Kombat 2 reads:

“The fan favorite champions — now joined by Johnny Cage himself — are pitted against one another in the ultimate battle to defeat the dark rule of Shao Kahn that threatens the very existence of the Earthrealm and its defenders.”

Mortal Kombat 2 stars Karl Urban as Johnny Cage alongside Joe Taslim as Noob Saibot, Adeline Rudolph as Kitana, Martyn Ford as Shao Kahn, Tati Gabrielle as Jade, Jessica McNamee as Sonya Blade, Mehcad Brooks as Jax, Ludi Lin as Liu Kang, Josh Lawson as Kano, and Hiroyuki Sanada as Hanzo Hasashi/Scorpion.

On the gaming front, NetherRealm Studios announced back in May that it was already working on a new Mortal Kombat game but it might be a long way off from release.
