We have only just gotten the trailer for Mortal Kombat 11, and new details around the game have been surfacing ever since. Now, a listing on the game's Premium Edition gives us a look as to what we can expect.
The Premium Edition features a six-character DLC Kombat Pack. The leak comes from GameSpot Italy, where we get a pricing of above $100 for the Steelcase as well as the Kombat Pass. There is also a detail around "Battle Passes". If the translation is correct, that could mean that Mortal Kombat 11 will implement a seasonal battle pass system akin to Fortnite and other competitive multiplayer games, with a new DLC character each season.
According to the listing, Mortal Kombat 11 will feature a full character customization system. The listing goes on to describe that customized characters will be able to have their own customized clothes, accessories, and move sets unlike gameplay seen in previous Mortal Kombat titles.
The listing says that Mortal Kombat 11 will be built on a new engine, including a new GoreTech system designed to make executions more brutal than before. With the new fatalities and GoreTech system, it would seem that Mortal Kombat 11 will be going back to its roots.
On a rather interesting note, the listing provides some detailing around a focus for e-sports. Seeing Dragon Ball: FighterZ and Tekken 7 taking over the scene may have forced NetherRealms to look into the competitive scene. The character customisation options featured in Mortal Kombat 11 may cause some interesting matching at EVO next year.

The final item we got from the listing is another render of Shao Kahn. He is seen holding his hammer and posing in some light that gives us a little more detail of the mad ruler.
Mortal Kombat 11 releases on April 23, 2019 for the Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
Will defend anything Dragon Ball. Occasionally has two-way conversations with himself. Has sleepless nights about Half-Life 3 confirmed.
