@ElderofSmoke

I first want to know if it's fully on disc. If it is, I'll pick it up in the near future.

Valor Mortis’s premise and gameplay design is right up my alley. It looks decent to be fair. @IkariX, are you picking up a copy?

Must-have physicals for me are - can be on any platform, but I'd buy these the moment they're announced:

End of Abyss
Phantom Blade Zero
The Drifter
Mina the Hollower
Look Outside
Silver Pines
No Rest for the Wicked

@Cathal

That's a bummer. I might give it a pass then. As much as I love Metro, this is just dumb

Their feedback on someone asking if the game will be on disc:

"METRO 2039 will require an initial download as the game does not fit fully on one disc. To make sure our community gets to experience the game at the same time, you will need an internet connection initially to unlock the game. The game does not otherwise require internet."

Spectre... oh boy, Maybe it was my mood but found the movie hilarious, almost to the extent of a parody

I was simply bored. The villain was, well, boring and even the action scenes didn't get the heart racing. You could see that Craig wasn't interested anymore. I will be honest, I never enjoyed the Craig Bond films, when everyone else said that these were the best since Connery I could never understand that. I like Daniel Craig and I think he could've been an excellent Bond, but the scripts just never gave him the chance to be Bond. All he ever was, was a knock off Emo Bourne.

Sean Connery IS Bond!
My second best Bond is Pierce Brosnan.
Craig got the job done, but hes very uninteresting. & he bashed his own movie, so bring on the next Bond. Just please not Daniel Radcliffe...or could he?

Agreed, his Bond movies are terrible because the stories were weak. The movies didn't know if they wanted to be Bond or Bourne either.

I really enjoyed his first one since I thought the first two Bourne movies were great. Never been a big Bond fan despite seeing all the films (most only once)

Ant-Man
Really good. It wasn't trying to be another Iron man or Captain America. It did its own thing, & it worked.

Casino Royale was ok IMHO. I gave it a chance as it was a reboot essentially and the original book isn't very Bond as, IIRC, it takes place all within the Casino over a night or two. Quantum was just plain k@k. Skyfall had an potentially interesting villain and good Bond-ish action, but the villain's plot was just stupid. He wanted revenge and could've killed M at any time with a simple bullet, instead he goes on this stupid, complicated rampage. The only cool thing with that film was that they seemed to be introducing the Bond of old with gadgets and high octane action. This last film had that stuff, but again the villain was boring and so was his plot. All in all, Craig;s potential as Bond was wasted IMO.

^ yeah I only liked the first because it was a 'big' reboot with more realism. I may rate it lower with subsequent viewing but agreed subsequent ones were utter crap. I only remember the helicopter (AW101) because I used to live down the road from the factory that builds them (Yeovil, Somerset)

LOL edited back text in italics that 'disappeared'

Taken 3

I see the step-dad is not even the same actor from the first film.

CGI shipping container rolling on highway, LOL, was expecting to see Wiley Coyote.

Terrible but not as bad as I was expecting. Equally as stupid as Taken 2.

you do realize that the step-dad is not the same person even as in the first film. Or that in the second film, she was trying again with him, and was already broken up with the guy from the first film?

^ same character, different actor

http://www.imdb.com/character/ch0130214/?ref_=tt_cl_t8

From Taken 3 trivia

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2446042/?ref_=fn_al_tt_5

Dougray Scott is ten years younger than Xander Berkeley, who played Stuart in 'Taken (2008/I)'.

Don't worry it's easy to get confused with incoherent garbage like Taken 2/3. The original is almost a classic.

I liked Taken 2. 3 was not good though.

Maze Runner: The Scorch Trails - Better than expected. Better than the first movie.

Spectre - Not bad but that overall plot "twist". What a crock of[censored]!

The Hallow - Irish horror. Too much early telegraphing that explains the monsters without having to verbally explain them. Actually hate when movies telegraph what's going to happen in them. Basically if, somewhere in the beginning of a movie there's a news report, or a lesson been told to class about something that just doesn't just pop up in everyday conversation, you know what's gonna happen.

^^THAT, is too awesome

Fantastic Flop
Sorry, I mean Fantastic Four. NO, I mean FLOP!!!
As a FF movie, it was horrendous!!!
As a stand alone sci-fi movie, it was BAD!
They screwed up Doom's character even worse then the last movies
Although the CGI for Human Torch & the Thing looked pretty good.
Just the Thing with no pants, that was weird for me

Entourage - mildly fun for those who watched the TV series, best avoided by those who didn't. Jeremy Priven stole it again.

Trainwreck - very funny even if it was a bit long. John Cena was surprisingly good in this. I noticed he has got two more comedy roles (Sisters and Daddy's Home). Expect to see more of him even if you don't want to

Nightcrawler - great movie, best cinematography since Drive. Jake Gyllenhaal was outstanding - what a [censored] sociopath.
