It was the leaked trailer for the live action Powerpuff Girls show. It's hardly surprising that it was cancelled and that WB didn't want anyone to see any footage of it.

I think a 1hour 30min movie would have been better, then 8 45-50min episodes.

Great book, can't believe it was written in 1984. Turing Police hunting rogue AI. Keep an eye out for Burning Chrome short stories compilation set in same Sprawl universe (includes Johnny Mnemonic).
