^ too true Magius, too true regarding Phantom Menace ...

Guys, this is a teaser trailer, therefore obviously there won't be much info given.

I'm pretty psyched about the overall look so far. Much less CG than the prequels, nice to see actual armour on the guy in the beginning (rather than a CG suit). And I'm intrigued about who that Sith lord is.

I'm gonna wait for the movie to see why that lightsaber is the way it is, and then make up my mind about it. And the return of the Falcon almost brought a tear to my eye.

I'm still excited, so many people are pessimistic about stuff that's really meant to be entertaining. Looking forward to year of more and more trailers

I'm not psyched after this trailer though and maybe that is better for managing expectations. We only moan because we care (too much probably).

Fingers crossed for the film/s and some cool collectibles ...

Perhaps I'm a ridiculously massive fan and I'm beyond excited to see so many things confirmed by this trailer. I'm of course concerned for how well JJ Abrams pulls this off, but the trailer didn't make me more concerned. If anything, I'm more excited because it feels more like the original movies than the prequels.

The George Lucas Special Edition trailer for 'The Force Awakens'

LOL at swiss army light sabre and that trailer ...

Just shows how important Star Wars is, that people go to that effort to lampoon ...

Hahahahahahaha that trailer is hilarious. Especially the lightsabre

Washington Post, they of Watergate fame and winner of nearly 50 Pulitzer prizes have two articles on the new light sabre!

Lightsaber critics say the one in the Star Wars teaser could never work. They’re wrong.

It's just a dumb design through and through

That light saber design is awesome immediately thought of King Arthur when I saw it.

We still don't know what those side blade thingies are for anyway. Have faith, young padawans

seems legit lol

The Millennium Falcon’s back baby!!!!!!
As for the new lightsaber…need to see it in action!

Just like the "Jurassic World" trailer - the chosen scenes, visuals, and soundtrack are awesome... then the actors or narrator start sprouting cliched or awful lines and I get worried.

For me the killer was the angst Storm Trooper scene - at least there were no annoying kids in it ............. yet.

Pretty pumped for it, reckon JJ is a good fit as a director and Disney looks to be respectful of the material, something which I don't even think Lucas was while the origin trilogy was coming out.

Plus I'm loving the fanart so far
