@DEATHGIGAS
They have it listed here: https://nexushub.co.za/product/control-resonant-pid285827.html

Just keep in mind that the physical edition was delayed from Remedy's side, so releases like a month after digital.

Ironic thing. There is going to be an album for GTA6. And it will be available on both CD and Vinyl.

So clearly it's about control for Sony and Rockstar, not wanting you to own games. But you can own a CD and Vinyl. Both are crappy companies. I really want to see Sony crash and burn so hard. But the way Sony is going, it might be sooner, rather than later.

E-toll “on-road enforcement” – what you need to know

It would also be fully within the law to issue fines for any of those offences.

“If, however, it is going to be used to stop those who have not paid e-tolls and ‘escort them to a customer service centre to pay’, as has previously been mooted, then this will be fully illegal and tantamount to kidnapping and extortion,” Dembovsky said.

According to JPSA, traffic officers may indeed serve a summons (in terms of Section 54 of the Criminal Procedure Act) on the person driving the vehicle, but will have to make certain that:

1. That person is the registered owner cited in a “roll-up” summons; and
2. The court date cited on the summons is no less than 14 days away (Sundays and public holidays excluded).

However, officers may not:

1. Issue and serve such summons on the driver of the vehicle who is not the specific person cited in that summons;
2. Detain the driver until such time as the person cited in the summons comes to be served the summons; or
3. Issue a summons on the driver citing ‘driving on the freeway’ on the day they stop them.

Well this is interesting...

E-toll u-turn statements 'confusing'

“In the statement made by the Sunday Independent... Vadi suggests that e-tolls should be replaced by more efficient user pays mechanisms,” Outa's Wayne Duvenage said.

Vadi's reported suggestions included a regional or national fuel levy, a provincial tax, or shadow tolling.

Outa largely agreed with these views, with the question now being whether the provincial government and the SA National Roads Agency Limited (Sanral) were in step with one another.

“The obvious question is, does Sanral concur with the messages from MEC Vadi?” he said.

“If so, does this mean there is a half-pregnant approach to the ill-conceived e-toll plan.”

For some reason I don't think Sanral are just going to let it go all together.

There are plans to get etolls down there and it won't be like here.
Since no one wants to pay here, they will make the standard tolls where you MUST pay before you can go on.

i havent renewd my cars licence disk (just havent given a f latley) in 2 years. have i been caught.. nope not at all see the dont give a f pils i took.

but if e-toll really comes through they gonna have a lot of issues on their hands due to the many MANY cheapskates in cape town.. cause you know they f-ing cheapskates.

"A thorough explanation of SANRAL "e-tolls" roadblocks

Much ado has surrounded the daily roadblocks at on-ramps to the GFIP and unfortunately, these exercises are causing mass panic and the viral spread of rumours. JPSA feels that it would be prudent to put out all the facts and guidelines on what to do if you are stopped so that everyone understands what is going on and how to deal with it. "

I would love to believe that this means something, but the contracts are signed and the damn roads have been built. Either they scrap the tolls and the national government takes the hit and we pay through taxes or through an increase in the fuel levy. Either way we pay, but this way the whole country pays so that eases the burden slightly.

I think a fuel levy will actually cost me more. e-tolls cost me about R40 a month...

Oh probably as every litre you fill up on now costs you those couple of censt more so over time it will cost you more. It just won't hurt as much as we are spreading the cost over time and over all the population that fills up. In this sense it is fairer as the entire of SA benefits from the Gauteng economy. Look we needed new roads and it has to be paid for somehow e-tolls were the worst way to do it especially in light of how it was forced through.

If they do put the cost on fuel then I wonder how much it would be. Surely it would be less then the discounted rate people get with the eTag as the whole country would contribute. There is also less admin and no following up on payment, so it would have to be less the eTag rate since those reasons will longer be valid for paying the full undiscounted price.

And anyone saying the don't want to pay as they are not from Gauteng should know that GP contributes (2012 data) 40% of all taxes and only sees 20% of the whole total in services and infructure.

They really should have done this form the start. Instead people need to go all fancy with gantries and tags. Stupidiest waste of money ever.

Really don't know how I feel about this. I understand they need to do something because they screwed up royally, but I HATE that they are strong arming us with this BS tying in to the car license renewals. What does eToll have to do with owning a certified car?!!! There is still more of a connection with eToll and Petrol price, but this way they can make money twice with fines from unrenewed cars. Jackals!

Then there is this "Users will also benefit from 30 free gantry passes a year." Don't even think I have done 30 ganties since they came online. Does that mean I owe them nothing now? I bet not

"The new dispensation demonstrates that we are a listening, caring and responsible government." This gave me a good laugh but for all the wrong reasons...
