If this is what Iron Man 3 movie is gana be based on, they gana have to tone down the violence! Cant have Iron man blowing a dudes head off in a Marvel movie! Although i would rather have them keep the violence, but like i said, being a Marvel movie i dont think they will?

Beautiful artwork and an interesting story that's rushed through for one issue. It felt like it should have spanned multiple issues, but they did just enough explaining for you to understand what's happened. Worth owning for the art alone.

Legion Lost: Run From Tomorrow:


DC's New 52 lineup has been a bit of a mixed bag. While some of the main superhero titles, like Superman, Superboy, Supergirl, Batman: The Dark Knight, have floundered, some of the less mainstream ones, like Animal Man, I, Vampire, Justice League Dark, etc, have soared with great artwork and fantastic storytelling.

Legion Lost doesn't fall into either of those two categories. That's not so say that it's horrible, it's merely ok. It's the sort of title you read while you're killing some time. It had potential, but just doesn't quite seem to know what it wants to do with it.

Starting on the New 52, so far looks interesting, but some stuff just doesn't sit properly with me. Loving I, Vampire though, it actually is a great complement to American Vampire, in terms of vampire books not continuity.

Theres quite a few disappointing titles in the range, but the awesome ones make up for it. Make a not eo f reading Justice League Dark, its amazing, as is the new Suicide Squad.

Men of War and All Star Western, were disappointing as all hell.

Its Wolverines first appearance in is own comic book, so if you get it just for that, thats fine!
Otherwise the story was not bad!
Wolverine goes to Japan, falls in & out of love & has to fight for his girl! Assassins trying to kill him, the usual story but worth a look!

Although not for everyone, I personally found them witty, with lots of hidden jokes. Brought back good memories too.

completed Batgirl yearone - pretty good, not wow but the panels were really coloured well.


Completed BATMAN RIP but just dont like the linear storyline - very confusing but really dig Hush - btw i didnt know joker and hush had an encounter - need to find that issue.

Catching up with Amazing Spider-Man. On the trades I'm currently on Vol. 6 (before One More Day). Waiting for a shipment to arrive from the US so I can polish everything off and then start from Brand New Day onwards.

I was quite lost reading this, having not read the previous books leading up to this, it all felt like some sort of odd dream jumping from place to place. Fortunately Gaiman is enough of a competent writer to make it a good read despite the lack of background.
I'm not sure what comes before this, but the reading order is supposed to be this, Batman: RIP (which I had already read and was equally lost), and then Final Crisis (which I haven't gotten to yet).

Dungeon: Zenith Vol.1

Incredibly fun book, it's sort of a parody on the fantasy genre, doesn't take itself too seriously, but it does establish a believable universe that I'm looking forward to explore.
