Shingeki no Kyojin ep 25 - over hyped series that looked good in a sea of crappy releases.

One Piece ep614 -taking too long to get anywhere

I've started season two of Bakuman.

Not particularly enjoying it, I can't really say why. I guess it's because nothing surprises me as I've read (and throroughly enjoyed) the whole manga.

Actually, I think Bakuman is better experienced as a manga. The anime is just...meh....

But it was quite popular in japan during it's airing, so I've probably got a warped view or something...

sea of crappy releases.

have you even watched any of the other shows?

there were more decent shows than usual this season

EDIT:
Does anyone else here watch the Index and Railgun series?

this episode went up in animation budget tenfold

So top 3 or 5 animes you guys suggest to watch? Recent releases???

History’s Strongest Disciple Kenichi OVA 4-5 - was ok, not much happened

i like that... whats it called?

A certain scientific Railgun. ^^^ I forget the Japanese name, though.

it looks awsome... i like to watch that

Good start to the new season

Coppelion Episode 1 - not bad at all, animation looks great. 1st ep was a bit vague so dunno how good it will be storywise but definitely looks interesting. will keep my eye on it

Kyoukai no Kanata - can't tell if this anime is gonna be freakin epic or if its just the usual otaku bait. also really good animation. looks like it could have some potential. preview for the next ep looked pretty hectic so won't drop it just yet

Google sez Toaru Kagaku no Railgun

Toaru Kagaku no Railgun is a spinoff series to the Toaru Majutsu no Index series

Not like, I haven't broken the rules before--but that's kinda like a big "no"-"no" on any forum. Because it's technically illegal. Just thought I'd let you know before you got modded or something. I really don't want to sound like a wet rag, just informing you.

Kill La Kill 01 - OMFG THIS IS AWESOME!!!!! have not been this amped about a show since basquash omg.

kill la kill... uh the story is all over the place and yet it makes sense holy crap
EDIT: I just learned that the key animator and director from gainax moved to this studio, so technically it it by the same people as gurren lagann

Kyousougiga has a similar artstyle and animation to Kill la Kill, and are both being broadcast in the same season awkwardly
