@DEATHGIGAS
They have it listed here: https://nexushub.co.za/product/control-resonant-pid285827.html

Just keep in mind that the physical edition was delayed from Remedy's side, so releases like a month after digital.

Ironic thing. There is going to be an album for GTA6. And it will be available on both CD and Vinyl.

So clearly it's about control for Sony and Rockstar, not wanting you to own games. But you can own a CD and Vinyl. Both are crappy companies. I really want to see Sony crash and burn so hard. But the way Sony is going, it might be sooner, rather than later.

Apparently so. The new masters from Disney do not want to help market Fox's film next year. I expect a "reboot" a year or so after that movie comes out.

No...I think it is to get the F4 rights to Disney...according to the article, the new F4 movie from Fox, a reboot, is going directly to DVD...

Maybe it is the same reason they killing off Deadpool...

Unfortunately the deal doesn't work that way or at least shouldn't. These rights generally are structured in that you have to produce and release a film every so often to maintain the rights and thus you can do so in perpetuity as long as you keep releasing. The whole rush to get a FF movie out was due to this, they were in teh same situation with DD, but couldn't do both at the same time so voluntarily let the rights expire and revert to Marvel. See also recent reports on Y the Last Man. The rights have reverted to Brian k Vaughn as they could not get the production off the ground. Same happened with Blade and the Punisher rights.

All Fox has to do to eff with Disney is keep releasing poor quality FF DVD films and they will keep the rights, this is what Roger Corman was doing in the 90's when he released the godawful FF film and that Cap film.

The articles I read on Bleeding Cool have reported that Disney execs are so miffed that Marvel offices have had to remove FF and X-Men posters and art from the office for fear of getting a tongue lashing. These guys really just don't want to have competing Marvel characters out there. This is also why the Inhumans are being pushed to the fore as Marvel is unlikely to regain the X-Men any time soon so they want to create a new set of heroes who gain their powers from genetics or somesuch.

Its cause of Corporate BS like this that I don't really buy DC and Marvel comics anymore (Also other reasons like how the handle some of their IP's)...I'd rather read Dynamite comics, IDW, even Archie comics had a great Megaman/Sonic crossover recently... I even funded some comics on Kickstarter because of the interesting (and original) stuff some people had on offer.

This is also cool
http://panelsyndicate.com/

Disney/Marvel would rather focus on films exclusively than games and comics (Seeing as an actual GREAT marvel game had not come out in ages, and no, Disney infinity does not count)...

And Warner Bros/DC would rather reboot their comic book worlds for the upteenth time, deliver "Gritty" moody movies...at least their TV line up is ok...and Injustice is probably the best DC comics game to have come out in the last 15 years...

And Disney also instructed Marvel to starting to restrict the license rights on all non Disney / Marvel franchises.

At the end of the day comics are not that profitable anymore. The audience is too small. The only way to make huge profits is off exploitation through TV, film and games. Given that Disney paid a couple of Billion dollars for marvel, can you blame them for trying to exploit these properties the best they know how?

TV and Movies yeah sure...its the games that worry me (With regards to Marvel) there used to be so much awesome Marvel games (Also real stinkers) but Disney decided to not allow Activision and Capcom to renew their licences (At least I think that's what happened) in favour of publishing and developing their own games related to the IP (All of the games either coming, canceled or are released on tablets...yay?)

Its because of this that a lot of Marvel related games have been pulled from digital storefronts making great Marvel games like X-men legends, Ultimate Alliance, marvel vs capcom etc. Very hard to find, and very pricey.

I'm just peeved about not seeing awesome video games anymore that are featuring characters I grew up with...

After Archie met the Punisher, was involved in the Zombie Apocalypse and then died, he is now going up against... the Predator. That's right, it's the crossover no one knew they wanted Archie vs Predator

Confirmed Fantastic Four now more…

http://www.icv2.com/articles/news/29912.html

The reason that the original flagship title of the Marvel Universe is taking a hiatus is, according to widespread rumors, due to the anger of major Marvel stock holder (and former CEO) Ike Perlmutter, who is miffed that Fox, after twice failing horribly to establish a Fantastic Four film franchise, supposedly rebuffed Marvel’s overtures that were intended to come to some sort of agreement whereby the big screen rights to the property would revert to Marvel. Instead Fox hired young director Josh Trank to reboot the franchise a third time with his Fantastic Four film is due out in August. When the new Fantastic Four movie unspools, there will be no new Fantastic Four comics in the comic shops

So Marvel is doing away with all Fox rights characters in print and replacing them with Disney licenced characters and teams.

The Fantastic Four gets “replaced” by the Guardians of the Galaxy and the X-Men by the Inhumans.

All merchandise has been dropped for these two teams and even the Marvel Universe poster has been altered and these characters has been dropped.

So Marvel are snubbing their X-Men & FF characters, because Fox has the movie rights?
They are Marvel property, which they licensed to Fox for the movies, right?
But they are STILL owned by Marvel, so doesn't Marvel have final say in what happens to their characters?
What does that mean for all the X-Men comics & FF comics, they just gana cancel them all together?

Marvel has no say in the films and Fox none in the books. They are de-emphasising those characters with a few moving to other books. Rumours are that Beast will be in Uncanny Inhumans.

When Marvel signed over the rights of those characters to Fox, didn't they have ANY kind of clause?
Like you can use our characters, BUT Marvel has final say in what you do. & if Marvel sees fit to use those characters in other movies (Spidy in Civil War) they can.
It sounds like Fox got Marvel drunk before they signed, seriously lol

Unfortunately, it was the only way for Marvel to stay in business. They were pretty close to closing their doors when alot of their property was sold to keep the lights on.
