Ironic thing. There is going to be an album for GTA6. And it will be available on both CD and Vinyl.

So clearly it's about control for Sony and Rockstar, not wanting you to own games. But you can own a CD and Vinyl. Both are crappy companies. I really want to see Sony crash and burn so hard. But the way Sony is going, it might be sooner, rather than later.

I just wanted to send my most sincere, heartfelt condolences to all. I considered Lulu a friend, as did many of you here, especially from years gone by. She was a wonderful, talented, unique soul. Tragic and heartbreaking.

Right... news....

So apparently only 13% of people are paying their tv license. Pretty sure people are still buying tv though. It's like the whole country decided this just wont work. Brilliant really, it's just sad they also decided they don't like Traffic lights anymore

Wish people could stand together about the big stuff here. There isn't much left in this country

And yet TVs is still one of the best selling items in the country...I have not bought a TV in years, but do retailers really ask for a license?

You basically need to buy a license just for the day, so a once of R250(?). Once you get the tv, they have no power to make you pay again... Don't even think they ask for proof of Address, they just want to go through the motions

I see they now want to make it a tax per household that SARS needs to collect?
Typical SA, make it somebody else's job

Saw one of the leads from Parasite, the Korean movie that won best film Oscar, took his own life. Whilst looking through 2023 list I saw Ray Stevenson passed away in May. Don't know how I missed that.
